Story
Milo is looking for a new home that will be able to give him the time that he deserves. He is currently 7 months old so still in the puppy phase of wanting chew most things. He does great at the dog park with other dogs. He is super friendly. We got him from brightside about 5 weeks ago and one thing they told us is he does resource guard some toys that are his. He has gotten better with this as he gets comfortable around you but have noticed he will nip at people that he doesn’t know if they touch him while chewing on a bone\toy. Milo is a super sweet and curious puppy. He loves to go hiking, swimming, playing with his ball (he almost knows drop it). Commands that he has down are sit, shake, and down. The commands we have been working with him are stay, come here, and drop it. We really don’t want to rehome Milo but a family member is having some health issues and we are unable to give Milo the attention and exercise he deserves. Included stuff: Crate Toys Food Treats Bowls

Story
Juno is 4 year old, and we adopted her from Brightside in 2022. She is the best cuddle buddy—she loves cozying up to us whether it be on the couch or in our bed. She's also very athletic. She's a good runner and can jump high, loves swimming, and taking walks. She absolutely loves people (sometimes too much) and plays well with other dogs as long as they are not a small breed.We need to rehome her to a house with no small children and no other dogs/pets. Though she loves both, she sometimes resource guards with them, which she doesn't do with adults. She also spooks easily with small children. Our toddler tripped and fell on top of Juno, and she air snapped and left superficial nail scratches on our toddler’s face. Though a bite did not occur, we want to take the utmost caution to keep both kids and dog safe.Juno started taking medicine for her anxiety after we brought our first child home. It's unclear if she'd need to keep taking them were she to live in a child-free home.

I lived in New Mexico with my mother and her boyfriend whodini was his dog and he is 11 years old. They worked all the time and at the time I didn’t so is was home all day. I took him in and we just moved to Oregon and I am going to be starting work again in 2 weeks. I want him to have someone who will be home more often. He’s a very sweet dog and has been friendly with other dogs and cats. He loves affection and being close to his people. It’s a hard decision to make but all I’m hoping for is for him to go to a good home.
