Akamaru was rescued from the Chinese meat farms when he was 8 months old. He is a VERY sweet and lovey dog, not over bearing and very low maintenance (other than often potty breaks) he is very shy and will take some time to warm up to you but the patience is worth it. Rarely ever barks, doesnt require lots of exercise.

Story
With a very heavy heart, we are looking for the right new home for our 5½-year-old dog, Blanca. She is a sweet, loving, gentle dog who bonds deeply with her people and does very well with children. She can be nervous at first around new people but warms up quickly and becomes very affectionate. She loves playing fetch, has incredible stamina for running, enjoys being outside most of the day with a doggie door, and does very well off leash in the wilderness away from other dogs. She is a rescue from Guadalajara, Mexico, and DNA testing showed she is a mix of over 18 breeds. She comes when called and sits on command in both English and Spanish. She is fully up to date on vaccines and very well cared for. This is a very difficult decision, but she needs a home with no other pets, as she struggles living with other animals. We want the right fit for her and are asking a small $50 adoption fee to ensure a serious, committed home.
