Very sweet dog. She knows a few commands, like sit , paw, turn around , lay down. She waits til you give her commands to eat. She likes to catch. She knows how to play hide and seek . She is a jumper so be aware. She may bark when she first meets you but she's just shy. Very playful

This was my mom's dog. We got him in in 2012. He was around 6-8 months old. My mother passed away in 2018, and I've tried to keep him, but as of late, we are just not home enough. More recently, we were told we have to move, and the new places we are looking at do not accept dogs. He's about 13 or 14, we aren't sure how old, honestly, as we got him from a lady on Craigslist. He was originally with 2 other dogs, but they have since passed away. He does do well with my cats, but is not a huge fan. He's lovable, wants to cuddle but a little temperamental as he's gotten older, so his being by himself in an adult home would be best. He was with other dogs but he had been with them forever. Any new dogs he was not good with. I wish I didn't have to do this, but it's our only option at this point.

Hi! My name is Benny. I live with my mom, dad, two kids, and my litter mate. I am 3 yrs old and came from Puerto Rico as a stray. I am insecure and shy but I LOVE my people. My brother and I don’t get along like we used to, mom says we are better apart. My human kids are also getting bigger & way too energetic for me. I get stressed by them & would rather not be around kids. I would love a home with no young kids or other dogs. I am house & crate trained & know my basic obedience. A fenced yard is required. I love walks and hikes and chasing chipmunks or squirrels. Fetching sticks is also awesome. Otherwise I’ll be napping in any spot of sun I can find. With lots of positive reinforcement, structure, and patience I will open up and feel relaxed. I promise to love you and give the best hugs. I am perfect for someone who wants a companion with little maintenance. I want to be the center of your world. Will you give me a chance at a new home.? Home check and references required

What a great pup! Mateo is 6 months old and already 42 lbs. He is doing awesome with his crate training and is a dream to train. He has a mild temperament and gets along with dogs and migrates to kids. This handsome boy will make an excellent companion for outdoor sports. He just wants to be with his person and learn the world with structure. Mateo also, as you can see, knows how to chill out on the couch. No telling him to go lay down. He's there! Story
Munchie (legally Baby) is an almost 8-year-old, 65-lb sweetheart looking for his perfect forever home. We adopted him from a Pittsburgh shelter in 2023 after losing our beloved dog of 13 years, and he’s filled our lives with love ever since. Munchie is a loyal shadow who loves cuddles, bunny patrol in the yard, leisurely walks, treats, and even bath time (including blow-drying and nail trims!). He’s house-trained, well-mannered, knows furniture boundaries, and thrives on routine. He had mild separation anxiety when adopted, but with treats and consistency he’s done wonderfully. We’ll gladly provide a few days of his medication to help with the transition if needed. We’re looking for a loving home that will keep him indoors, provide regular veterinary care, and allow us to share your information with his rescue so his microchip records can be updated. This is an incredibly difficult decision, and we’re committed to finding him the loving home he deserves.

We got Daisy from the local humane society. Overall she is a good dog. Great with kids including infants. Lots of energy. Needs more space than we can give her. We don't know her exact age but believe it's around 7-8. She has one negative behavior - she does not get along well with other dogs especially if they are outside our yard. Very territorial. Typical pitbull mix. She's also a great hunter. We believe she has some pointer breed in her.
