He is a well behaved about 2.5 year old mutt. We have had him for about a week and my wife's allergic. We didnt know at the time of adoption. Hes a good boy who just needs a new home. Hes a good listener and is training well. I am sure anyone would be lucky to have him. He loves to cuddle, maybe a bit too much face licking. He would be an amazing addition to any home. He is upto date on all shots and comes with a crate, stake and lead, toys and a full bag of food.

Igor is a mixed breed dog that our family rescued from Romainia 5 years ago. He has been on many adventures and even has an EU dog passport! We now live in downtown Pittsburgh in a high-rise condo and the environment is simply not condusive for him. He does not have much experience around other animals or small children and he can be protective and territorial around his food and toys. He really is a great and loving dog but he desreves better than our current living situation.

Chief is a two year old 85 pound lab/pit mix. We rescued him from Texas (he was left on the side of the road) when he was just a few months old. We absolutely adore Chief, but are looking to rehome due to recently having a baby. Chief is house trained, loves to go on adventures like car rides and hikes, loves being outside and playing with other dogs at doggie day care, snuggles us every night and is a big family man/pack dog. We had an in home trainer work with us, so he is great with sit, "place", "free", etc. Chief is truly a perfect dog about 95% of the time, but on occasion he has resource guarded some items that he has gotten into. This is our concern with a newborn (especially as he reaches toddler age), so Chief would probably do best in a home either without kids or with older kids who understand when to give a dog his space.

I adopted Goose from the SPCA 3 years ago. His previous owners were taken to jail and he was seized with 2 other dogs. Goose is a very rambunctious young lad. His age is estimated to be 5-6, however he has the energy of a puppy. Unfortunately, I am at work 10 hours of the day, and Goosey gets lonely. He also attempts to play with my 14-year-old cat who now has a decreased quality of life due to having a silly dog in the house. He deserves a home with a large fenced in yard, and someone who is home more often. Goose can be hit or miss with other dogs and tends to get along best with female dogs his size or larger. His report card after staying over night at the kennel said he was "a sweet boy, happy-wagging his tail, curious about everything- didn't appear anxious". Goose has a lot of love to give and will request pets and cuddles at any time. Sitting on the couch? He will jump up and cuddle with you!

This is our sweet Jersey girl. We love her with all of our hearts, and it breaks me to be creating this profile for her. Our only goal is to find the best possible home for Jersey, one where she can feel safe, understood, and loved for the amazing dog she is. My husband and I adopted Jersey a little over 7 years ago when she was just 3 months old. We rescued her from a shelter in New Jersey, which is where she got her name. She was found in Alabama with her brothers and sisters before being transported to the shelter, and I have always wondered what her first few months of life were like. When we brought her home, she was an anxious little puppy but also the happiest, most bubbly girl. I truly felt like I won the lottery with her. Jersey has been such an important part of our family. She has been with us through so many seasons of life, and she is incredibly loved. She is loyal, affectionate, playful, and has such a big personality. I adopted roscoe at the end of 2022 when he was barely 8 weeks old. He has been with me ever since. He is fun, outgoing, loving and energetic. He has a loud bark but is very submissive and timid. He is protective though. He is house broken, leash trained and listens well enough to be off leash. I have been taking him all over the country as I travel for work but the strain of constantly being on the move isn't good for him. I often times work very long hours and have to leave him behind for extended periods of time. I love my Roscey boy but I want to find a better home and situation for him.
