Story
Rocky will be 4 years old this July. We got him when he was four months old from the humane society. He's been to training school twice and is very food motivated. He does great with trainers and listening to commands. He's incredibly loving, will take constant attention if you will give it. He very rarely resource guards food but every now and then he does and will start to show signs of aggression. He will also get this way with toys/stuffed animals, or sometimes something as random as a paper towel. Most of the time when he guards he will growl and warn, but our six year old doesn't always appreciate the signs he's showing and has been nipped a couple of times. This is one of the main reasons we need to re-home him. He has nipped a couple of times without warning.We do have a cat that he does well with and he does well at doggie camp. We don't recommend him to a home with small children, and think he would benefit from a strong male presence.

Story
This is Groot, a true Gardian of the Galaxy...or family. He's a good boy. He's fun and playful but so loving, he will sleep right on your face if you let him. The only reason this boy needs a home is that he's not great with cats or very young kids, which is what I have alot of. He's fantastic with big and small dogs with he's around constantly. He's very gentle and sweet to adults and even kids that are a bit bigger. He walked up to my fence one day to play with my dogs. I looked for months everywhere to find his owners with no luck. He's neutered, house trained and a very sweet boy.I'll also send along 4 months of flea, tick and heartworm prevention.

Story
We got JJ from the Greenville Animal Care in Dec, 2024. He's very puppy like, and runs around the house playing with our 10 year old Maltese. We recently had a baby daughter who is just starting to walk, and we've had close calls with him running past her and almost knocking her down. He doesn't mean harm, just like to play fast. We aren't comfortable with this and feel he's a risk to running our daughter down accidentially. He is great with our 6 year old son, and plays with our cat a little in addition to the Maltese. We'd like him to find a great home, as he really is a good dog and loves affection.

Story
Lucky has been in our family for a decade! He loves to run and play fetch, he knows sit, speak, lay down, and spin. He loves to be right at your hip and interested in whatever you are doing. He was a rescue, and in turn has some anxiety around crowds and fireworks. I do not recommend him to be around other dogs or children because he is bossy towards them, he has never bitten anyone but will snip and bark at dogs that are too close. He warmed up to our other dog acorn but it was due to acorn being submissive. He loves being petted on and once settled loves laying by camp fires or lounging with his owner. We have loved him and hate to have to leave him as we have twin babies and moving to a much smaller home.

We do not have time to work with Scout. He will not stay in our fence and barks a lot which upsets my husband. I want to find a loving home for him. He needs a lot of space to run.

Story
Okay so my family and i have had evie for around 1 year. She was in need of a home from a friend so we took her in. She is potty trained to use the bathroom outside, she is spayed, she has a lot of energy!! She does have a tendency to get food from the kitchen table or the countertops. She is very smart and a great dog. I hate that we have to get rid of her but we have another younger dog that she is constantly trying to play with and we are in the middle of trying to potty train that one and it has become to be a lot with my wife in college and me working full time. I really really would love to find her a good home for someone that doesnt have any other pets and could give her all the love that she deserves. The owner that originally had her before my friend adopted her, she was abused and treated very badly, for her to be as loving, trusting, and loyal as she is its very hard to believe.
