Story
Leonitus, Leo for short, embodies his name. He is goofy, loveable, and absolutely full of energy. Because of this, he needs someone who loves to play! He likes to talk and be around you also. He is the last of his accidental litter to leave my house and because of his breed, I would like to be a lot more cautious with who adopts him to avoid backyard breeders. He is a little baby at 4 months and he does respond to his name! My schedule is too hectic to give him the love and care he deserves. Im not sure why it says he has to be neutered within 30 days, but he has to wait until he is 1 year

Story
Meet Jey! We rescued him and another dog when a friend found them abandoned with signs of mistreatment. We took him in and got him the treatment he needed. He is current on his vaccinations, has been neutered, and is housebroken. He has some minor scarring on his neck from lacerations he had when he was found. Jey is a lazy boy. He is content with laying around and snuggling on the couch. He loves attention and getting belly rubs. He has chewed a bit in the past, but he mostly sticks to his chew toys. He is good around children, other dogs, and cats (though he will bark at them when he first meets them). Jey needs a home with lots of love to give.

Story
Meet Jimmy. We rescued him when a friend found him and another dog abandoned, mistreated and malnourished. We took him in and got him the care he needed. He is around a year old, current on vaccinations; has been neutered, and is housebroken. Jimmy is an energetic, playful boy and needs someone who can take him on walks and play with him to help him burn off some of that energy. He does chew, so he will need access to durable toys. If he has toys, that usually deters him from chewing other things. He plays well with other dogs and has been exposed to cats. He’s learned to coexist with cats and doesn’t hurt them, but he does occasionally bark at them and would likely be better off in a home with no cats. He is also great with kids. I have children that he plays and snuggles with and we’ve never had an incident. He is a big cuddle bug and sometimes thinks he’s a lap dog.

Story
Annie is a very smart and loving dog that is great with kids. Since Annie has been with us she was constantly around 3 small children one of which was a new born at the time. She is house trained and very rarely has any accidents. The only reason we are looking to rehome is because we are moving and it’s not possible for her to come with us. She is just over 2 years old and wants to spend most of the day cuddling up.

Story
Oreo and his brother Milo were dumped on our road last October. We took them to our vet, they were chipped but when contacted, we were told his owner had left town. We found out their date of birth was 12/1/2022 and are neutered. We had them get all the updated vaccinations and brought them home. We have a standard poodle and they all got along great. However, our 1 acre yard is not fenced in and we have to take them out on leashes for potty. They are both active dogs and need a fenced in yard to run and play. We them to our dog park and they get along great with all the other dogs and play well, and they do love to run. They are very attached to each other and would do best if adopted together. If we had a fenced yard we'd keep them, but we feel they deserve to be free to run and play. Oreo adapted right away to being in a new home, Milo took awhile. We have no idea what their previous life was like before we found them. We did the DNA test on both and have paperwork.

Story
Milo and his brother Oreo were dumped on our road in October 2023. We took them in to check for a chip and found their owner had left town. We did get their birthdate of 12/1/2022, and neutered. We got all their shots up to date and brought them home. We sent in their DNA and have their results as a mixture of German Shepherd, Lab, Chow Chow, Boston Terrier and Pit Bull Terrier, with the most being called Supermutt. Our property is not fenced so we take them to the dog park nearly daily for exercise and boy, do they run and have fun! We feel not having a fenced in yard has been too much of a challenge for us, they need room to run and play. They fit right in with our 2 year old poodle. Milo took a while to feel comfortable and we feel terrible that we need to rehome him and his brother. They are very close and ideally we would love to find them both a home together. They do pull on their leashes so they do need training.
