Story
I adopted Gavin from the Longmont Humane Society in Longmont, Colorado several years ago when they believed he was only 9 months old. He is a happy, good natured, and lovable dog that has done amazing with our first dog for about seven years. Due to the birth of our child having two dogs and an infant is too much. Gavin loves his pets, going for walks, and sleeping on his sofa cushion bed along with any pillow he can find. Gavin walks very well, he's house trained, and he goes to his house on command. Gavin is a loyal lap dog that would do better in a home alone, with older children, perhaps a larger dog, and a family or retired individual that can provide the care he deserves.

Story
Louie is incredibly loving and loyal to his forever person. It takes him some time to warm up to you, but once he does he is your guy forever. He is more of a low energy kind of pup. If you wanted to take him for a walk around the neighborhood he definitely wouldn’t mind but he would also love to lay on the couch with you. Unfortunately, with Louie’s high anxiety he does take medication fail to help and does have a bite history of adults and a child. He needs a quiet home with no other dogs and would prefer his new person to work from home or be able to provide him with more love and attention. He loves his true people and will be the best buddy for you!

Story
Elly May is a true sweetheart. She loves her human so much, it kills me to let her go. Rescued from a bad situation about 6 months ago. She was living outside, neglected, skinny. She was in heat and heartworm positive. I've gotten her fixed and treated for heartworms and she's ready for her forever home. She loves to cuddle and to be right next to me at all times. I have 3 other dogs and she gets along great with all. The only exception is w/ my youngest female dog (not yet fixed). They get along except during the excitement of me coming home or someone else coming in the door. Other than that, they get along great! She loves my male dog like crazy. She is mostly potty trained, with a few accidents here and there. She has access to the backyard at all times, and goes outside 90% of the time. Ellie is a chow mix (guessing based on black tongue). I'm guessing she is around 1.5 y/o. She is truly an amazing dog for someone looking for companionship. Very loving, loyal, and sweet

Story
A family adopted her from the animals Society and then they decided they didn’t want her due to the family having another child and I couldn’t let them take her back to the animal society over the holidays so I kept her and she’s very sweet. She’s really great with kids. Not sure how she is with dogs she doesn’t get along with my dog entirely (they do play a lot) but my dog is also a mean dog so I would think she needs a home without another dog or a cat I do know that she tried a home with a cat and it didn’t work out. She is perfectly trained perfect dog in every way I really don’t want to get rid of her, but my dog is alpha and makes me nervous and I don’t want to keep them separated all the time. She comes with a tub of food and a tub of toys and costumes, etc..
