He is easy to leash and, despite his size, is surprisingly playful! Zen would make a perfect companion for those with breed experience wanting a giant cuddle bug or a family looking to bring this wonderful and exuberant boy into their home. A Few Things to Know About Zen: His vet estimates he is around 2 years old. Zen has done well with dogs in safe and controlled situations. While he gets along great with big dogs, he does not like little dogs as he sees them as "prey." Zen may get a little "spooked" if a dog suddenly appears, like when opening a door and another dog is coming through at the same time. She was neglected and lived in a garage. She came from a breeder, and the owners were going to breed her, but they never did anything with her When her family moved away, they left her in a side yard of garbage and dirt. Never came back to get her. A neighbor (friend) was feeding her, and started walking her. After a week, our friend brought her to us - as we have a yard. She gets walked twice a day, is housebroken, and is a very low energy girl. She is a very very good girl, just wants to be loved and after a week is now sleeping inside on a blanket. She is BIG, and i am only 5 feet - and she is too much dog for me. I do not want to bring her to the pound - she deserves better and i doubt anywhere has a cage big enough for her. i know the shelters are all full and making dogs share enclosures. She has cherry eye, and we are trying to raise money to get it fixed. if someone adopts her, we would be willing to pay some for the surgery. We are paying to get her fixed.
