Dog's Name: Pup Fluffy (FLU0326SOPMD)Estimated Breed: Newfoundland mix Approximate Age: 4 months Approximate Weight: 25 LBS Currently Living at: Boarding Adoption Fee: $500DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Pup Fluffy!
This big ball of fluff came to us from an overcrowded shelter in rural Georgia. Fluffy was found as a stray and brought to the shelter, but sadly no one ever came looking for him. Thankfully, K-9 Lifesavers stepped in and gave this sweet boy the second chance he deserves. Fluffy is believed to be a Newfoundland mix (best guess) and he is exactly what you’d expect from a big fluffy pup—gentle, affectionate, and full of love. He’s a super friendly guy who enjoys meeting new people and absolutely loves other dogs. With his soft coat and warm personality, he’s sure to melt hearts and steal plenty of kisses wherever he goes. Still young, Fluffy is at the perfect age for training, socialization, and learning all the skills that will help him grow into an amazing companion. With a little guidance and a lot of love, he is going to make a wonderful family dog.
If you’ve been dreaming of a big, lovable puppy to join your family, look no further than Pup Fluffy. Apply today to give this sweet boy the forever home he’s been waiting for!
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets. Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
