Story
Nymeria’s story began on a cold morning, when a fragile, wandering pup found her way into caring hands—and straight into our hearts. Once little more than skin and bones, she’s blossomed into a regal, slender beauty who carries herself with quiet grace and resilience. At around 2 years old, this Great Pyrenees mix is a gentle soul with so much love to give. Nymeria may be a bit shy at first, but she never turns away from affection—in fact, she leans into it, soaking up every bit of kindness she’s offered. With a little patience, her sweet and loyal nature shines through in the most rewarding ways. She’s a big girl at about 60 pounds and still working on gaining the weight she needs to truly thrive. With proper care, good food, and a loving home, Nymeria will continue to grow into the strong, healthy dog she’s meant to be. Nymeria is looking for a home that will give her the time, love, and security she’s always deserved. In return, she’ll be your devoted companion—quietly loyal, endlessly loving, and forever grateful. If you’re ready to give this gentle girl her happily ever after, Nymeria is ready to give you her whole heart. Fill out a Match Me form online at: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CAST/Dog to be preapproved. All C.A.R.E rescue dogs are vaccinated, heart-worm tested, spayed/neutered, and microchipped! Story
Grover is a 7 year old Anatolian Shepherd mix who first came to us as a stray. He was scared and got some much needed TLC from our staff and his confidence has since grown tremendously ever since! He is more outgoing, treat motivated, and LOVES to hang out with his people. Grover is searching for a child-free home with no other pets, as he wants to be spoiled as your only baby! He’d love a yard or large indoor space to play in. All he asks is to give him a bit of time and patience as he settles into his new home. He is so loving, loyal, and will adore you forever!
