You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Returned to Purr Paws at 10 years of ageHello there!  I'm Miss Priss.  My owner decided to get a dog when I was 10 years old and after I'd been the only animal for 10 years.  I just couldn't adjust and my mama gave me back to the rescue group. I was traumatized and then I had to move back to a foster home with a bunch of cats.  My foster mom was patient with me and I finally began trusting her and then my foster dad.    So basically I'm hoping to be given a second chance for a forever home.  I love to be petted and brushed and talked to.  Of course, I need a home with no other animals.  Maybe someone who'd like to have company and a kitty to love them back.  I'm very gentle and sweet once you've earned my trust.  Someone I can share my little life with... maybe grow old together!&#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143You can set up a meet and greet at my home by contacting my foster mommy, Janet, at www.catlady5555@yahoo.com.  We live in Cypress!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 8, 2025, 5:27 pm

Story
PROFESSIONAL HEART-STEALER  DOB 6/15/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Oliver, a strikingly handsome, docile, and playful medium-haired, pastel-gray tabby Maine Coon mix fella with a huge fluff of a tail. I’m always gentle and very sweet but initially very shy. Once I feel safe though? Boy howdy -- my silly side comes out. I follow Foster Meowmy around like her shadow and softly meow if she dares to ignore me. I’m polite, but persistent.   Foster Meowmy rescued me as a terrified six-month old kitten who was hiding near Home Depot, and my momma and siblings were nowhere in sight. She appraised my precarious situation and realized that I had zero – yes, absolutely zero – survival skills. The next thing I knew, I was firmly ensconced in the safe haven of her home. Foster Meowmy endearingly uses the popular internet phrase “smol bean in a big world” to describe how little and vulnerable I felt when I first arrived in the overwhelmingly big world of my foster home. Thank heavens Foster Meowmy is an experienced cat lady, and she patiently and lovingly allowed me to warm up to her at my own pace. Even though I was scared the first few days, I was always such a good boy who didn’t act out defensively. Once I started feeling comfy in my new digs, I blossomed into a loyal, cuddly companion who started doing great with other cats and people too! Now I’m ready to be the young gent who brings my professional heart-stealing skills to my forever family. If you are experienced in understanding shy, sensitive cats and in the market for a very sweet, fluffy lap cat who’s eager to cuddle with his hoomans, I’m the fella for you! I promise that I’m worth the wait if you’ll practice the 3-3-3 rule of cat adoption: give me 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to learn your routines, and in 3 months, I’ll be a bona fide member of your family. Arrange to meet me today! My winsome heart has so much love to give – all I need is YOU! HOPE ID 25-1220-A085 Oliver’s $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites. To apply online: http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site Oliver will be this weekend, email us at nancy.e.kline@hotmail.com, and a volunteer will get back to you. Story
Meet Honey, a gorgeous, fluffy calico girl with honeycomb-patterned coat. Found near a bee farm, I truly live up to my name—sweet as can be and full of buzzing charm. If I were a bee, I’d definitely be producing the most expensive, high-quality Manuka honey around. I love being brushed and petted and acting as a leg warmer with my winding headbutts and wiggles. I get along with other cats and bring a calm, loving presence wherever I go. I’m ready to sweeten your life and your home, adding winter warmth, beauty, and a little Manuka class/elegance. Could I be the Honey your home is missing? So why not ask your honey if you can bring home Honey today!? -Reach out to meet me ASAP. -See me at Petsmart 2902 S Shepherd Dr Sat and Sun 1130-4p.

Story
Hi! My friends call me Taz after the Tasmanian devil cartoon because from the days as a kitten, I was always on the move! Running, playing, sometimes a tad to rough. I can be the sweetest boy, but i am at a point in my life where i need peace and calm, and now I am looking for my forever home. I thrive well with other cats similar to my age (im 6 years young currently) but I do not do well with dogs. They tend to overwhelm me which can trigger my feisty side. I have been blessed with a family and brothers who love me and want the best for me, but due to personal circumstances they are having to move and the stress that comes along with moving and changing had proven too much for me to handle. My current foster family have been wonderful to me, but unfortunately they are no longer able to give me the best I need. I'd love to be the rambunctious yet introverted furbaby addition to your home :) Looking forward to meeting you one day! Your furry friend, -Taz
