Story
Burrito came to us from the Yuma Humane Society. He is estimated 8-9 years old and around 19# though he has lost a bit since coming into the rescue. He does have some health issues that will require lifelong medication. He was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease as well as a collapsing trachea but is doing much better now (rescue will sponsor 1/2 the cost of meds for the first year). He will need continued weight management to stay at his healthiest self. He also has one eye with a developed cataract so is likely mostly blind in that eye. Burrito can be a little aloof initially but is sweet once he warms up and feels safe. He is good with other dogs of all sizes. Burrito is doing well with the potty routine in his foster, walks nicely on leash and is crate trained though is also able to be left free in the home with no issues. Story
Sparky is a happy boy! Full of spunk! He is an adorable cuddler and walks well on a leash but is terrified of cars. He needs patience with potty training but loves going outside and has made progress in his foster. He does pretty well in a crate, and is good with other dogs (mostly ignores them)! He is a good eater and loves his rawhide bone. He is very loyal to his 'human' and will follow you everywhere! Sparky is estimated as 8-9 years old and is starting to get some cataracts but still sees well. He weighs 9 lbs and is a easy to handle. Sparky has gotten much healthier while in foster and was able to get neutered recently and his bloodwork came back with no concerns. He was recently diagnosed with collapsing trachea so will need lifelong meds for that.
