Video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Jewg4uEzFDo Jerry and his brother Benny are the cutest little things. They do not have to be adopted together. They are about 6 months old and spunky, friendly, happy, adventurous, curious, loving, and great with all dogs and with cats. They are active and are not lap dogs. They do love cuddles and being petted, but they are terriers and love the outdoors and exploring the woods and the pond. Unlike other small breed dogs, these types of dogs are not couch potatoes so they will need play time and activities. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Note: No dogs are advertised as potty-trained because most dogs need at least some re-training in a new environment and after being in a shelter/rescue environment/strays. www.facebook.com/desideratarescue (copy and paste into a new browser window) Transport locations: - Washington State (Kennewick, Spokane, Tumwater, Tacoma, Tukwila, Lynnwood/Edmonds, Bellingham) - Oregon (Portland and Springfield) - Colorado (Ft Lupton) - Idaho (Heyburn and Boise/Meridian) - Utah (Ogden) - Wyoming (Evanston, Rock Springs, Laramie) - Montana (Missoula) - Illinois (Vandalia, Springfield, Chicago) - Indiana (Spiceland, Burn Harbor) - Michigan (St Joseph, Battle Creek, Ann Arbor) - Wisconsin (Madison, Wausau, Eau Claire, Appleton, Milwaukee) - Minnesota (Minneapolis/St Paul) - Iowa (Des Moines) - Ohio (Columbus and London) - Pennsylvania (Erie, Pittsburgh and Harrisburg) - New York (Buffalo and Albany) - Connecticut (Enfield) - New Jersey (Bedminster) - Nevada (Las Vegas) - Arizona (Flagstaff) - Vermont (Brattleboro) Vetting: neutered, microchipped, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 3, lepto vaccine x 2, dewormed several times, on monthly flea and tick prevention, on monthly heartworm protection, heartworm tested (negative). WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org ✨🤣 Meet Yogi — The Energizer Comedy King of the Terrier World 🤣✨ (1 Year • 15lb Cairn Terrier • Professional Goofball) If you’ve been wishing for a dog who can double as your personal hype man, then allow us to present Yogi — a scruffy little firecracker with the comedic timing of a stand-up star and the zoomie skills of an Olympic athlete. At just 1 year old, Yogi is the perfect blend of young, smart, silly, and seriously entertaining. He’s the kind of dog who doesn’t just enter a room… he burst-slides into it like he’s making a grand entrance on a late-night talk show. 💥 Yogi’s Talent Showcase Includes: • Knowing all the classics — sit, lie down, sit up (basically a tiny furry gymnast) • Walking beautifully on leash — even if he’d prefer taking the scenic route • Crate trained and sleeps well, though after spending most of his young life in one, he’d rather be out enjoying the good stuff • Great with other dogs — he loves having buddies for games, antics, and collaborative mischief • Bringing unmatched energy, humor, and a “let’s DO things!” attitude Yogi is a high-spirited, high-fun, high-everything kind of pup. He doesn’t want to sit on the sidelines — he wants to be right in the middle of the action, preferably wearing a metaphorical cape and cheering you on. Because he spent much of his early life crated, he’s making up for lost time now — and he would thrive with an active family, someone who works from home, or folks who are around often and ready to include him in the daily adventures. Hiking? Yes. Training games? Absolutely. Backyard shenanigans? Count him in. He’s affectionate, hilarious, wildly entertaining, and ready to bring joy, chaos, and companionship to a family of his very own. He's looking for his BooBoo....could that be YOU?!! If you’re looking for a little dog with big energy, big personality, and an even bigger heart… 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org — Yogi is ready to join the fun and bring the laughs. 🐾✨

Email Kathleen@threelittlepittiesrescue.org We facilitate adoptions across the US through our own internal transport to ensure the quality of care. We travel to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT and Canada (Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA  or Brattleboro, VT for the eastern Canadian border)! Our pups travel in comfort with 24/7 care on our USDA licensed vehicles, including buses and cargo vans. You can join along on our private Facebook event page to follow their adventure, connecting you with other adopters and providing updates throughout their transport journey!   You will get to meet your new pup over a video call before signing paperwork, creating a fun and personalized adoption experience!    The adoption fee is $1,200 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship!    We have over 15,000 successful adoptions so far and have excellent Google Reviews: https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success.    Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress!    Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond.   Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.    The rescue’s hard costs alone (excluding transport) for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,368. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the adoption fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. Transport is a significant additional expense to the rescue.  While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that the rescue does not receive government funding and must fundraise to offset the remaining expense balance which ranges $100-1,000++ per animal on these direct costs.   It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS:   Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family  Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions  70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer  Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup!   Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission!   Follow our rescue journey and connect with us on our website and social media platforms. Story
This cutie is Cream Soda. She is currently 1 1/2 months old and weighs approximately 3 pounds. We think they may be a Border Terrier / Chihuahua mix*, but with rescue it’s a guess! What matters most is that they are adorable and are one the MOST desperate in the entire US based on statistics for where this puppy is from. Shelters in this area are having to euthanize puppies. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from us, it saves their life as well as the life of another in its place. Watch Cream Soda's playful personality here: https://youtu.be/F4NLHMh51UM?si=bVOz-mVTd7Dxeq2I Cream Soda is playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. She loves to play with her siblings and take lots of naps. Eat, sleep, play, repeat- such is puppy life! We pride ourselves in being able to give you good personality and behavioral information to help ensure this baby is the right fit for you. You are also welcome to do a Facetime call to meet your new baby before signing paperwork! Cream Soda is still very young and will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. A puppy is discovering new things that shape their personalities with each passing day. Implementing routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization is key from the start. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy starting immediately when arriving at their new home, which will help with potty training, energy management, and the overall development of a well-rounded adult dog. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life?
