Story
Callie is a very sweet loving dog. We adopted her at 9 months old as an abused puppy who was returned to the shelter 3x. When we adopted her she was very timid to be around people and dogs. I highly recommend a home with NO kids or other pets due to her behavioral histroy. She has guarding issues around food, toys and her crate. We stopped crating her as she is house trainined and that seemed to help tremendously and only allowing toys in an area without our kids. Unfortuantly she bit our toddler which is why we are looking to rehome her when it was unprovoked. I think she is getting older and needs a quiter home than what we can provide. She loves walks, playing ball, bones, playing with toys, etc. We have been able to manage for 8 years around her behavioral tendencies but with our young children we do not think it is safe anymore. I am happy to discuss everything we know about Callie as I do think she would make the perfect dog for someone who has no kids and is looking for a bestie

Story
&#226&#156&#168 Meet Jasper – A Gentle Soul Looking for His Perfect Home &#226&#156&#168 Handsome, happy, and oh-so-lovable, Jasper is a 2 ½-year-old Goldendoodle (born 1/25/22) who weighs about 50 pounds. Raised from a puppy by his current family, Jasper has been deeply loved, but as life has grown busier and noisier around him, he’s shown us that what he truly craves is peace, calm, and a more serene environment. Jasper is a wonderful boy who loves the simple joys of life—long walks on leash, fun play sessions at the dog park, and spending time with his people. He’s great with other dogs, both at home and out in social settings, and would likely thrive with a friendly canine companion to share his days with.   What Jasper needs most is a quieter household, ideally an adult home or one with older teens, where he can relax without constant sudden noises or stress. Inside, he’s housetrained, well-mannered, and happiest in a calm space where he can simply enjoy being with his humans. Outside, he’s active, playful, and always ready for a little adventure. Jasper is already an exceptional dog—he just needs the right home to let his gentle, loving nature shine.   If you think you can give Jasper the peaceful life he deserves, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com. He’s ready to become someone’s loyal, loving best friend.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comNovember 15, 2025, 8:28 pm

TITAN NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!   Name:    Titan          Best Guess for Breed:    Golden retriever and shepherd mix    Best Guess for Age:    15 weeks as of 11/22/25        SEX:   Male   Estimated Weight (puppies' weights change quickly!):    22 lbs as of 11/21/25   Gets Along With:        Most puppies are in the prime of their socialization window and will do well with other dogs, cats and kids so long as they receive patience and proper training.   Currently Living at:   Puerto Rico shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!   Special Adoption Considerations:   Puppies under 6 months of age need to have multiple potty breaks/exercise throughout the day. I'm Titan. My sister Tilly and I are satos, from Puerto Rico. It's been great growing up with her but we're ready to split up and get our own human families. I'm looking for long sniffy walks, romps in parks, and all the adventures my new humans can dream up! I definitely want to make pup pals along the way and go to puppy school so I can show how super smart I am.    I also have a whole bunch of kisses and tail wags to give my new humans, and I have so much love and loyalty for them. What do you say? Is that what you want? Do I get to go home with you? What My Foster Says About Me: We will update this once this pup has spent time in foster care. Puppy Vetting Requirements:        Lucky Puppies have had their age appropriate vaccines, but may not yet be “fully” vaccinated. It is the adopter’s responsibility to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time. Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, they are at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.      Your new puppy will need to work on their house training and will also need to go to obedience school so they can grow into a well-socialized dog!  TO ADOPT:       The adoption fee for this puppy is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter.    If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Adoption Questionnaire online bit.ly/adoptaluckydog   Lucky Dog Animal Rescue does our best to provide accurate information about the dogs we have for adoption.
