ABOUT: GARLAND is an 8 lb 18 months old bundle of joy. We are guessing Papillon/Chihuahua. But not really sure of his breed combination, but I think nature got it right with this boy. PERSONALITY: GARLAND is an adorable sweet-natured boy who craves your love and attention. He seems well housetrained, but we rarely guarantee that. HEALTH: GARLAND is a healthy boy and looks forward to a happy future. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ FYI: Rorescue dogs are NOT perfect. We rescue the dogs the throw away dogs that nobody wants for various reasons. Then we work to get them to the point that they are adoptable. We strive to share all information that we gather with the adopter. We can, honestly, state that we NEVER guarantee perfect potty habits. At RoRescue, we strive to match the dog's personality to the best possible future home. This, in no way, casts judgement on the potential adopter. If you ever wondered what a firecracker would look like in dog form, it would be Pippin. At 11 years old, this pup has the energy and sass of a dog half his age. And don’t bother telling him he’s only 9 pounds because he refuses to believe he’s smaller than a grizzly bear. He can get a little nervous walking on a leash with other dogs around, but why walk when you can play fetch?
