Story
We’re not exaggerating when we say that Yasha is the sweetest pup you’ll ever meet! She is a 4 month old Papillon mix whose little body is full of love and happiness.  From the moment she arrived at her foster family’s home, she has been nothing but a delight; she likes to snuggle, she is playful with other dogs, great with kids and happy to be in her crate.  Her body is tiny but her ears, like her heart, are very big. We think she is waiting to hear the words “you’ve found your forever home”. Will you be the one to say those words to her?  Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##2151193##

Story
** If you are interested in adopting Bunny, please fill out our adoption application at http://farfels.com/farfels-rescue/adoption-form/ ** Bunny is a 1-year-old, 6-pound Chihuahua / Papillon mix with a gentle spirit and a big heart. She came from a hoarding situation in New Mexico and has shown that she absolutely thrives with other dogs—she’ll do best in a home with a canine companion to help show her the ropes and keep her feeling safe. Despite her rocky start, Bunny is incredibly sweet once she feels safe. She’s currently in a loving foster home where she’s already showing signs of feeling more relaxed and comfortable. Bunny is ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter filled with patience, love, and security. When Bunny first arrived at a small New Mexico shelter, she was understandably frightened. Dogs from hoarding situations often come from overcrowded, chaotic environments with limited human interaction or consistency, so it's no surprise that she was overwhelmed. Thanks to gentle care and stability in her foster home, Bunny is already starting to come out of her shell. Because of her background, Bunny may be a bit timid in new environments and should be considered a flight risk until she settles in. She will need a home without a doggy door and no unsupervised access to the yard, and her adopter should be mindful when coming and going through doors. Even in a securely fenced yard, she should be kept on a leash until she’s fully adjusted and bonded. With some patience and understanding, Bunny quickly learns she is safe—and once she does, her sweet, loving nature truly shines. She’ll make a loyal and affectionate companion to someone willing to give her the gentle start she deserves. Bunny is a blank slate just waiting for a kind and patient human to show her the way. With positive reinforcement training, she has all the potential in the world to be a loyal, well-mannered adult companion. She’ll thrive with virtual or in-person force-free training classes, which will help strengthen her bond with her humans and build her confidence. Bunny is up to date on her vaccinations and is spayed. Farfel's Rescue is a fully foster based rescue, and offers a one week trial with every adoption. We feel that this is much more beneficial to not only the dog, but the adopter too. We believe that only getting 20-30 minutes with a dog before deciding on a lifetime commitment is not a fair amount of time to the adopter, or the dog. Therefore we give adopters one week with the dog to assure it is the right fit, and offer a full refund of their adoption fee should it not workout within the week trial. Farfel's Rescue has been doing adoptions this way since 2005 and is thrilled to adopt out ~400 dogs each year. Applications are currently being accepted for our wonderful pup. If interested in this gorgeous, very cuddly/sweet and loving best friend, please fill out an application completely at http://farfels.com/farfels-rescue/adoption-form/ and submit. **PLEASE NOTE** If you're truly interested in adopting from us, please be sure to fill out our Farfel's Rescue adoption application found at the link above or at farfels.com. Adoption site applications such as Petfinder and Adoptapet don't provide enough information and therefore aren't useful. Our Farfel's application is the only initial tool that we have to determine a great match for this very deserving dog. We're sorry, but in many cases, we're unable to get back to those that don't submit our Farfel's Rescue adoption application. Thanks very much for choosing rescue.
