If happiness had four paws and a wagging tail, it would be Reese!
This beautiful little Cavapoo came to Camp Companion as a breeder release, but you would never guess it. Reese has embraced the good life with open paws and a heart full of love. She's a bubbly, affectionate girl with a big personality packed into a petite body, and she's always ready to brighten your day.
Reese absolutely adores people. Whether she's snuggled beside you on the couch, happily following you around the house, or greeting you with her adorable prancing walk and tail held high after you've been gone, she makes sure you know just how excited she is to see you. Her favorite things include cuddles, squeaky toys, zooming around the house, and soaking up all the attention she can get.
She has the softest brown-and-white wavy coat that is every bit as beautiful as her sweet personality. Reese is even fascinated by the television and occasionally tries to convince the resident cat to play. Fortunately, she's all fun and no mischief, and the cat has nothing to worry about!
Reese gets along wonderfully with other dogs—even the big ones—and would enjoy having a canine companion in her new home, although she'd also be perfectly happy soaking up all the love herself. Her foster mom thinks she'd especially enjoy a family with kind, gentle children to play with, but that certainly isn't a requirement.
Like many breeder-release dogs, Reese is still learning a few things. She's making progress with leash walking and potty training, although she'd much rather stay inside than venture out into the Minnesota summer heat! With consistency, patience, and lots of praise, she'll continue to blossom.
One thing to know about Reese is that she loves being close to her people—sometimes *very* close! She has a habit of walking underfoot, so a home with sure-footed adults and considerate children will help keep this little girl safe.
