Story
Hi!  My name is Paulie and I am looking for a forever home.  I was picked up as a stray by animal control and taken to a really scary place called a shelter where, after my hold time was up I was in danger of being placed on something bad called "the list".  Fortunately for me, a volunteer contacted BCAA to see if they could help me and they said yes ... yeah!  I curIrently weigh a little over 10lbs but my foster mom says I could gain a pound or two as I'm on the thinner side (probably from being on my own for awhile), but that at about a year old I shouldn't get much bigger and will stay on the smaller size.  I have gotten along with most all of the other dogs I have met although I do seem to prefer the females (I've actually shared a crate with Angel, an older female chihuahua); I haven't paid much attention to those things called cats.  I have done well in my crate without any accidents or tearing up of my bedding, but I would prefer to be out with you and will let you know not to forget about me if I see or hear you.  I am pretty good on leash as it means I get to go on an adventure with you.  If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofnj.org.Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application!
