I ended up at a shelter on the euthanasia list before getting my second chance, and I’m so thankful to be safe now. I’ve been here at the rescue facility since July 2024, and while everyone has been kind to me, my biggest wish is to finally find my forever home. I’m a gentle, happy boy who gets along with everyone I meet—people and other dogs alike, especially other small dogs. I’m friendly, affectionate, and I’ve got a lot of personality packed into my little self. I’ve got a fun, spunky side too! I love to explore, go on adventures, and sniff out anything interesting. I’d be a great match for an active home or someone who loves the outdoors. And when the day is done, I’m more than happy to relax right by your side. I’m fully vetted and ready to roll—literally! I love car rides and would be happy to tag along wherever life takes us. I may not be a big dog, but I’ve got a big heart, and I’m ready to share it with someone special. I’m fully vetted, protected with ProHeart 12, and ready to go home. My adoption fee is $300 (transport available if needed). I’m currently in Texas, but I can travel to Washington, Portland (OR), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, KY, and along the East Coast (except RI and MA). Meet Beethoven, a Whippet/Australian Staghound mix. This young boy is an 1.5 old puppy, affectionate, effusive, and sometimes a little goofy, but he is a dog that has a lot of love to give, he has been spoiled and loved from the moment he was found, and he He is looking for a home where he will be given the same love. He plays with cats and dogs, and gets along well with children and adults. At first he may be a little shy, but he adapts very quickly. He loves walks, treats and chew toys. Story
Marvin is a sweet and noble dog, 1.5 years old and 30 pounds. He was hanging around the shelter for a couple of weeks, he was given food, water and some love, but we decided to take him in when he arrived really injured and covered in blood, we think he was attacked by dogs. Fortunately in his medical checkup he didn't come out with many problems, and he is now healthy and ready for his new home! He knows how to coexist with other dogs, although he has his temper, he is usually very tolerant with effusive puppies. He likes to sleep in his giant bed, is crate-trained, house-trained and is sociable and friendly with new people. He knows how to ride in a car, and smiles when you scold him, he is adorable! We don't know exactly what breed he is, google lens finds a resemblance to an English Pointer and Andalusian ratter. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.
