Meet River: A Resilient Soul Seeking Her Person; (born Jan 25, 2025) is a sweet 1-year-old girl who has overcome a difficult past of abuse and neglect. I rescued her in October 2025, and she has shown incredible potential with a steady schedule and hand-training. ​ The Essentials: ​▪︎ Training: Well-adjusted with hand-feeding at meals. Still working on potty training and crate accidents. ​▪︎ The Challenge: Due to her past, River has food/resource guarding issues. She recently barked and lunged when a child tried to take her chew stick. ▪︎ ​Ideal Home: Adult-only (no young children). Needs a calm, patient owner who understands secure boundaries and consistent exercise. ​River has a fighting spirit and just needs a furever home that understands her recovery journey. I have poured my heart and resources into her; now she just needs you.

Treatment may be necessary if symptoms appear later. ​ 2️⃣ Rescue Story * ​Kangmin was found abandoned and was rescued by the fire department following a report. Before being moved to a shelter, he was temporarily cared for at the fire station. After hearing his story, Adogs decided to rescue him to provide more stable care and protection. ​ 3️⃣ Personality & Traits * ​Interaction with People: Barks at strangers and can appear intimidated or cautious. Once he gets used to you, he allows touching and actually enjoys it! Is a shy dog who needs a little time to open up. His reaction to children is unknown as he hasn't met any yet. * ​Interaction with Dogs: Doesn't play intensely with other dogs, but isn't bothered by them. Sniffs around and explores comfortably. * ​Interaction with Cats: Has not met any cats yet. * ​Separation Anxiety: Isn't particularly close to other dogs he lives with nor relies on them. However, stays calm and shows no signs of anxiety when left alone. * ​Potty Training: Mostly prefers outdoor potty. Indoors, occasionally urinates in his kennel. * ​Grooming/Hygiene: Due to his cautious nature, he may show mild defensive nipping or yelp when being handled for hygiene. However, he tolerates brushing well. * ​Walking: Has not had experience with regular walks yet. * ​Car Sickness: Does not show symptoms of motion sickness during car rides. * ​Nipping/Biting: No aggressive biting. However, may nip defensively/weakly when getting shots at the vet or having his nails trimmed. * ​Barking: Barks defensively when strangers enter his territory or when he hears external noises. * ​Likes: Loves treats. * ​Dislikes: Feels uncomfortable when hands approach his face or when someone tries to pick him up.

Meet Binnie🤍 💙 Binnie’s Update Account: @imbo_family_ 1.) Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, and fully recovered from heartworm. 2.) Rescue Story * Binnie had been at the Gimje City Shelter for a long time without being rescued due to limited space at the Adogs center. One day, his weight suddenly dropped, raising health concerns. Adogs stepped in just in time to rescue him. 3.) Basic Information * With People: Is shy a bit with new people. As a result of consistent training, he has become much less wary, even taking treats and sniffing people he has never seen before. Acts cute and shows a lot of energy around familiar people. * With Dogs: Coexists peacefully with other dogs and doesn’t show much interest first. Doesn’t approach them first to greet but is polite enough to respond to greetings of other dogs on walks. Showed some defensive nipping to sudden approaches in the past but has improved a lot after meeting more dogs. * With Cats: Waits gently when seeing cats. * Separation Anxiety: Does very well when left alone at home and rests! When left alone with strangers, he either approaches them and barks at or sniffs them. When with his foster parent’s mother and another stranger, he growls and is wary of the stranger if they approach the mother. Gets trained and corrected when his foster parent is with him. * Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty but uses pee pads indoors without any issue. * Hygiene: Handles bathing, brushing, drying, and tooth brushing like a pro. * Walks: Loves walks and matches his pace to yours! Doesn’t get surprised by motorcycles or the sounds of cars. Looks around and is relaxed on walks. * Car Sickness: Rests well in a car without motion sickness. * Barks and may show defensive biting when strangers who visit the home or strangers on walks suddenly reach out their hands to him. Doesn’t like his territory being intruded upon and sometimes nips in such situations. Is getting constant training to fix it. * If a person runs in Binnie’s direction from afar, he sometimes barks defensively. * Likes walking, playing with a squeaky ball and doing nosework with treats. Wiggles happily when his butt is petted. * Is sensitive around his belly, so it is recommended to pet the area softly. Is scared of staircases in buildings and is currently being trained slowly with treats. For now, he is still being carried when he has to climb the steps. * Has mastered several commands like 'sit,' 'lie down,' 'paw,' 'another paw,' 'nose,' 'high-five,' 'kiss,' and 'house.'
