Hi!  My name is Heidi and I am looking for a forever home.  I was surrendered to a small rescue 'cause my owner had to go into assisted living and could no longer care for me.  BCAA was contacted to see if they could help me and they said yes!  I was just a little shy when I first came into foster but everyone is so nice to me that I quickly came out of my shell and love getting attention and being held.  I appear to be a pekingnese mix and my foster mom says I'm super cute with a matching personality.   I am about 3-years old and only weigh around 13lbs which means I will fit just about anywhere!  I have gotten along with all of the other dogs I have met and haven't really paid any attention to the cats.   While I would much prefer to be out with you, I have done really well in my crate overnight without any accidents, barking or tearing up of my bedding.  I love going for walks and do pretty good on a leash.  I can be a little picky about my food so my foster mom found me some I love; I also enjoy treats which I take very gently.   If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofnj.org.Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application!
