Story
I got Snoopy when he was 8 weeks old. His birthday is 12- 9- 24. He is a really good pup, I'm just at work too much and it causes him anxiety when I leave him too long and it causes me anxiety and guilt to have to leave him at home alone. Any one that has the time for him would be happy to have him. I take him to friends houses that have dogs and he has gotten along with all types of dogs. My friend is on one of the community dog sitter apps and she watches all kinds of dogs and she will call me to bring Snoopy over when she gets a young dog that needs someone to play with,Snoopy LOVES to run and play,a bundle of energy. Snoopy is good with kids as well. I hate giving him up but I think it's only fair that he has a home that can give him EVERYTHING he needs, he's absolutely precious!!

Story
Conrad is a 10 year pekingese mix who weighs 10lbs. He has had a rough time in his senior years and found himself at the Pasadena Animal Shelter in horrible condition. He was a matted mess with infected skin, an infection in his prostate (common in senior/unaltered males), terrible dental disease, a large gall stone and cataracts causing some mild vision impairment. After extensive vetting, Conrad is now on the road to recovery and feeling so much better. He is now neutered and has had his teeth cleaned. Most of them needed to be extracted but he does just fine with eating kibble and even enjoys chewing soft bones. He has been treated for his various infections and all are resolved. He is on medication for his gall stone indefinitely, but it is shrinking and the cost of these meds in not expensive. He will need to be on Denamarin and Ursodial for life (about $60 a month). Conrad spends a lot of time napping and also enjoys basking in the sun or roaming around the yard. He sees great in the daylight, but has difficulty seeing in the dark. A secure backyard without a pool would be best for Conrad. He is crate trained and mostly house trained but will occasionally mark. This is an easy fix with a belly band and will hopefully subside now that he is neutered. Consistent and predictable outside time will also help with house training. He is a happy guy most of the time but can sometimes be a bit ornery when he is woken up suddenly. We think he is probably not used to being able to trust his environment so he sometimes feels he needs to defend himself. He will growl out of fear, but has never bitten. Conrad simply needs a quiet place to rest and be loved for his remaining years. An adult only home would be best for Conrad. Conrad is heartworm positive but the cost of treatment will be covered by the rescue. Conrad is undergoing the slow kill method and has received a ProHeart-12 injection and 30 days of doxycycline. Adoption fee is waived to the right home. ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022

Story
Meet Simba, a 12 year old Peke mix rescued from the Ft Worth shelter. He weighs 8.8 pounds. 1. Has free roam of the house. Enjoys following us sometimes but mostly likes to lay on one of his beds. Loves to explore the back yard. 2. Very sweet, loving, and appreciative. Loves to lay on laps and on the couch snuggled very close to us. Will come up and ask for a lift or will jump in your lap. Gives lots of kisses. Likes to sleep on the bed with his people. 3. Not reactive to other dogs at all. He wouldn’t mind being the only dog. 4. House trained. Will go to the door when he needs to go out. Sometimes will lay on his bed and softly whine a little after dinner when he needs to go potty. 5. Does not bite. 6. Food and treat motivated. Follows us to the kitchen for treats. 7. Rarely ever barks. 8. Loves walking on a leash, but prefers to walk a little fast. 9. We make homemade food with chicken, carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, rice and oatmeal. Eats well. Has had a lot of teeth removed, so he will need to be fed soft food. 10. Comes when called. 11. Story
Roscoe is a classic Bichon Frise – affectionate, cheerful, and full of personality. At 7 years old, he’s energetic and playful, but also enjoys quiet time by your side. He thrives on companionship and needs regular walks to stay happy and healthy.Roscoe is naturally protective of his home and loves being close to his people. Because of this, he’ll do best as the only pet in a home where he can be the center xxxx@xxxx.x ’s ideal for a family or individual who can give him the love and daily engagement he needs – whether that’s a family with kids, a retired couple, or someone who works from home.As much as we love him, our kids are grown and our busy work and travel schedules mean Roscoe isn’t getting the attention he needs and deserves. He is spending too much time alone in the house. We’re looking for a warm home where he can thrive and share his loyal heart. If you’re ready for a loving, lively companion, Roscoe may be the perfect addition to your family.
