Want dog who always looks sad? Kevin is definitely dog for you. Absolute sweetest boy. Will flop on top of you for belly rubs. Will hoard tiny tennis balls like a dragon on top of its gold. Kevin is a 5 year old Pekingese! He is looking for a new home because he doesn’t get along with young kiddos (big kiddos okay!) and his humans had a baby and it’s just isn’t working. Kevin is not happy with the baby and wants a baby free home, he says. Kevin is shy at first, but warms up and is your friend forever. He does resource guard because his brother (RIP Snoop) used to steal his food. He is all talk & no bite (his teeth don’t even line up to bite let’s be real). Kevin is looking forward to a warm spot in the sun that a crawling baby won’t invade. Do you have this spot for him? If so, he would love to meet you!

Welcome Hampton to Legacy Humane Society. Hampton is 11 pounds 5-year-old male Lhasa Apso. Hampton was found as a stray in McKinney and rescued from CCAS. Hampton is current on all vaccines, neutered, heart worm negative and microchipped. Hampton would do best in a home with Lhaso Apso experience. Listed below are facts you need to know before you adopt this handsome male. The adult Lhasa Apso is one of the hardiest, toughest and strong-willed of all small breeds. Lhaso's can be playful if you establish a relationship of respect. You will need to admire his independent character while consistently enforcing rules, so he respects you. Hampton will need a slow intro to strangers. If you are looking to adopt a dog who is... Small but sturdy loyal family dog keen watchdog frequent grooming and brushing and doesn't need much exercise. Hampton does love to be outside and is a perfect gentleman on a leash. Hampton loves to be on your lap on his terms. No small children and well fenced back yard. Hampton's adoption fee is $275.00. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted.
