Sugar is 2.5 years old, his current owner's job requirements have changed and he travels now frequently on international business trips. Sugar is very friendly, loves to play with kids, no special needs. No medical issues. He may be shy at the beginning but later on when his knows the owner/family, he is pretty relaxed and wants to be around his family. He loves to be on the couch when it's TV time. Hair cut can be given about once or twice a year, if needed. His hair grows long and beautiful. He needs to go to a friendly environment with responsible pet owners.

He enjoys being gently groomed with a brush and keeping his fur in tip-top shape can be a happy experience for both him and you. Pets around his head and neck area are Franklin’s favorite thing: give him a few scratches under his chin and he’ll melt like butter. He’d prefer if you don’t pick him up much, as he feels uncertain about things when his paws aren’t under his control, but once Franklin gets to know you he is very willing to come to you for attention and bonding time… he cherishes the connection you share and it will become an essential part of his daily life. He is good with new people if they’re not too loud or abrasive; he wants a slow and gentle introduction and an overall quiet home. He is not comfortable around dogs, at least large ones.
