Hello!! This is Millie, she is a senior kitty looking to be rehomed. Her owner is no longer able to properly take care of her and i’m just trying to help so she doesn’t have to live out her last few years in a shelter. she originally was adopted by my cousin who is paralyzed and due to his disability, he could no longer take care of her. My father took her in who is now having medical issues of his own. I would take care of her, but due to my current situation I am not able to. This new friend has just arrived! They have come to us either as a transfer from another shelter, being found as a stray, or have been surrendered to us by their owner. When our friends are new to us, we are typically unsure of their full background, litter box habits, comfort with handling, or experience with other pets or children. Our staff will spend some time reviewing any information provided by previous owners and spend some time with our new friend so that we can better update their biography. If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.

ABOUT DOMINO Domino is a gorgeous 5-year-old black and white kitty who came to HAP after her previous owner could no longer care for her. She’s a delightful mix of sweet and sassy, think “sweet and sour,” but in the most charming feline way! At first, Domino may be a little shy or play it cool, but once she gets to know you, she reveals her affectionate, cuddly side. Just remember, this queen knows her worth and isn’t afraid to set a royal boundary or two. Domino is also quite the chatterbox! She has an impressive range of meows to share her thoughts, whether she’s asking for treats or simply narrating her day. She loves making biscuits, playing with her favorite feather toys, and lounging like the regal kitty she is. Domino would thrive in a calm home with older children who can respect her pace and give her space when she needs it. Fluffernutter is a gorgeous 14 pounds of muscle.  He  is an orange and white long-haired tabby boy with a sweet disposition. He is about 1-2 years old and was found hanging around a bar with his brother, Sunbeam (adopted 12/21/2025).  I think he was the bouncer.  He loves to keep you warm by laying on your lap while soaking in all the pets.  Of course, his fur is soft, and you want to pet him forever and he wouldn't mind.  He likes to play, chasing a ball or wand toy or laser light. He is laid-back and accepting of other cats when properly introduced and does not seem reactive to my calm dog.  Children are fine as long as they are respectful. A great addition to any family! Fluffernutter was playing with his foster family.  He is now playing in our Jenkintown PetSmart adoption center.  Please ask to pet him!
