Cats have a reputation, don’t we, of being royal “snobs.” As Rod McKuen said, `Cats have it all – admiration, an endless sleep, and company only when they want it.` I’m Duchess, a white and grey Persian mix, but I have not been feeling regal at all since my person passed away. My best friend Brody and I have been sad, but now we are at the shelter to find a new home together. I am a little shy, but I am very sweet, and I love being petted. I miss the companionship that I had with my person. I like to play, but I am not overly active. My lovely coat became matted from lack of care and needs grooming. I will look and feel better having someone caring for me. Brody and I are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together. I’m a lovely lady who’s not looking for a palace. I simply long for a loving home where I will be cherished as your delightful Duchess.Adoption fee $300 + microchip fee $30 + tax
