Story
Meet Zara and Maura! Meet our beautiful brown tabby duo, a special mother-and-daughter pair looking for a quiet forever home together. These two sweet girls share a close bond and find comfort in one another, so they're hoping to be adopted as a pair. Both cats are gentle introverts. They're naturally shy and will need a little time and patience to settle into a new home. At first, they may watch the world from a safe spot while they figure things out. But don't be fooled - behind those cautious eyes are two curious hearts who are always quietly observing new people and new surroundings. The fastest way to make friends with them? Treats! They absolutely love special snacks and will bravely come forward when they know something tasty is involved. These girls are happiest when they're snuggling together. You'll often find them curled up side-by-side in their fuzzy hideaway cave or perched up high in a cat tree, sharing naps and keeping watch over their little kingdom. They're not the kind of cats who enjoy hugs or being picked up, but they make wonderful quiet companions. They're perfectly content to sit in the room with you while you read a book or watch a movie, keeping you company in their calm, gentle way. With patience, understanding, and a peaceful home, this shy mother-and-daughter pair will slowly grow more confident. Given time to feel safe, they will bloom into devoted, furry members of the family-bringing warmth, quiet companionship, and plenty of tabby charm to the lucky home that welcomes them. If you believe in giving shy hearts the time they deserve, these two lovely brown tabbies may be the perfect companions for you. Come meet Maura and Zara! They are staying at 91 Patterson Rd in Barrie. Our adoption hours are 11 am - 5 pm, or you can give us a call at (705) 728-7311 ex.6 or email at barrie@ontariospca.ca for more information. Our cat adoption fee is $260 for each cat, which includes spay surgery, vaccinations, de-wormer, microchip, and much more! Primary Color: Grey Secondary Color: Grey Weight: 3 Age: 0yrs 7mths 0wks
