I'm 66 and and have heart problems. I have had her since she was 7 weeks old. She hates being groomed and now has a huge mound of poop stuck in her fur and won't let me try to get it off. I got so sick from the smell. Someone who can afford to take care of her is who her owner needs to be. She's a good cat. Friendly.

With patience and a soft approach, Nomad will allow slow, gentle pets once she feels comfortable. She gets along well with other cats and would do best in a peaceful home where she can settle in at her own pace. Nomad is looking for a kind, understanding family who will give her the time and love she needs to truly feel safe. Meet Firefly Firefly is a stunning long-haired beauty with a soft, graceful presence. She came to us from our local Camper Cat case, where 55 cats were living in a camper with their owner. She’s been slow to adjust to the shelter and is still a bit wary of people, taking her time to feel safe. Firefly feels most comfortable around other cats and would likely thrive in a home with a friendly feline companion to help guide her and show her that people can be trusted. With patience, a calm environment, and the right companion, Firefly has the potential to blossom into a loving, affectionate cat.
