When we arrived to save him from a fate of the Friday Market, there he was, looking as dapper as ever alongside two other lucky friends. Clearly, the universe had conspired to put me in the right place at the right time, and I’m forever grateful for that divine intervention. Ayman is the definition of affection, a playful heartthrob who adores forehead kisses and will undoubtedly keep your spirits high. He practically radiates perfection with his flat squishy nose and stunning orange eyes—his lineage may be a mix of Persian and British Shorthair, but who needs DNA tests when you can just bask in his adorable glory? Nyla was adopted in Austin as a kitten and is a sweet loving cat. Shes extremely shy at first, but shows her personality with love. She-s never bitten or shown any mean spirit. She's currently 3. Onyx came to 9 Lives Rescue after the death of her owner and, after five years in care, is ready to find her new home! This lady knows exactly how pretty she is and will tolerate nothing less than absolute princess treatment! She's extremely affectionate, purrs and rubs enthusiastically against legs, torso, or any furniture or items nearby. However, all touching must be on her terms only, and she won't hesitate to "correct" her human with a light, harmless bap to the hand, so she should be in a house with older children or adults who can respect her space. Onyx is used to being around other cats and generally enjoys their company, although she could also be an only cat. She loves to both climb and hide, with the top of the fridge and the bathroom cupboards being current favorites, and will happily roll and stretch on the floor in a midday sunbeam.
