He's a pitbull not pitski pitbull wasn't a choice under breed he loves walks scared of thunderstorms loves car rides likes to sleep under blanket but will go back and forth between bed floor other furniture not completely sure how he is with other dogs do know he's fine with them when they aren't in his territory he's protective of anyone especially when it comes to fighting doesn't matter if it's play fighting he doesn't like it and will protect someone he does ok with kids he doesn't realize he's bigger than them and can hurt them he loves to play he would benefit in a active loving home with a big yard and being the only dog in the house he's not very fond of cats he hasn't had a good interaction with them so a home where he's the only animal would be the best for him he's very loving energetic he needs a home where he gets attention all the time and loved unconditionally

Story
Lady will be three years old in December. She’s spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She has no major health issues or concerns, aside from an allergy to chicken, beef, land-based proteins, etc. She doesn’t bite and she only barks to protect the household. When Lady goes outside, she’s very friendly and takes well to dogs and strangers. She loves chasing squirrels or cats, but she does ok with just about anybody. She loves being outside all day and soaking in the sun. She hasn’t seen snow yet, but she’s got a thick coat for the winter. I picked Lady up a from foster two years ago and she’s been a dream to be with. I moved to St. Louis a couple months back and I just haven’t had time to care for her. I want to set her up in a loving home. I know it’s a lot for someone to take a dog into their home, so I’d like to work with getting Lady used to her new owners; anything it takes to make sure she goes to the best place possible.Text or call for details: 925-785-5806

We got Poirot to be a companion to our aging Malamute who had recently lost his friend, our 12 yr old German Shepherd. Poirot did the trick and seemed to lift our malamute’s spirits until he also passed away. Now Poirot is an only dog and we have full time jobs with 2 little girls under 4 yrs old. Poirot is a little too big and active for them so we don’t spend much time with him. We feel that at this point in our lives, we aren’t able to give Poirot his best life and are seeing if some other family has a lot of love to give.
