Story
Hello all! This is Apollo. Apollo is the sweetest, most loving dog one could ask for. He thinks he's a lap dog (he's not). After getting him from the shelter a year ago, we've come to the unfortunate decision that we are not able to give him the amount of time or love that he deserves. We are trying to rehome him so that he can go to a family that has the time to spend with him that he really deserves. There will be a re-homing fee of $125. He will come with all of the food that we have for him, some of his toys (that he hasn't damaged too much. He's a little rough with toys), and a nice harness recommended by the trainer when we took him through the PetSmart Dog Training. To those of you who judge us for this decision, please understand that we aren't making decision lightly, and it has been made with a heavy heart, as we will miss him terribly, but he doesn't currently have the quality of life that he deserves.

Meet Velveeta – a 35-pound bundle of melty, goofy goodness! This 10-month-old Shepherd mix is full of life, playful energy, and always wants to be part of whatever you’re doing. Velveeta is an affectionate girl who thrives on attention and will happily follow you everywhere like your little shadow. She is crate trained and housebroken when kept on a consistent schedule. She absolutely loves other dogs and would do best with an active family or a home with a playful canine buddy. She may get right in another dog’s face when she wants to play, but it’s all in good fun—she just can’t help herself, she loves having friends that much. Velveeta did test positive for ehrlichia exposure, which simply means she was exposed at some point. She has no symptoms and feels great. If treatment is ever needed, it’s simple and inexpensive. If you’re looking for a fun, loving, slightly cheesy best friend… Velveeta is your girl.  Adoption is $300 which includes her spay, age-appropriate vaccines, microchip and current monthly prevention. Please contact Sheri (sswank1@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.  Buck is almost 3 years old, is DNA tested, and guess what!?! He is exactly 50% GSD and 50% Great Pyrenees. What a fun combo for a dog! He gets super excited when he sees me getting my tennis shoes on, or my ball cap because he knows it means we're going hiking. He's 100 pounds of lean handsomeness. LOL. He does well as a couch potato and is calm in the house on a normal quiet day. He is house trained, crate trained and does well with other non dominant dogs. He loves playing fetch with any ball, and if you don't have time to play, Buck plays by himself. I'm looking for a home without young children because Buck does have herding/guarding tendencies. Buck is looking for someone who loves the big boys, and can handle them. Bucks adoption fee is $200, and includes all up to date vaccines, neuter, microchip, flea and heartworm preventative, and endless love and appreciation from BUCK!
