Meet Sasha! 🌟 At just 3 years old, Sasha has already overcome so much. She was picked up by Franklin County in April after being hit by a car on I-670, suffering pelvic and hip fractures. But this brave girl didn’t let that stop her! 💪🐾 She’s fully healed and runs, plays, and enjoys life to the fullest. Sasha’s a spayed German Shepherd with a big heart and a big personality. She’s smart, protective, sometimes silly — and absolutely devoted once she bonds with you. She loves a good game of tug, chasing Jolly balls, and keeping watch over her yard like a true Shepherd queen. 👑 Her foster mom says Sasha has come a long way with patience, structure, and training. She’s working with trainer and learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. She needs someone experienced who understands the strong, loyal spirit of a GSD. ✅ Crate trained ✅ Great in the yard with a secure fence ✅ Sweet, affectionate, and hilarious once she trusts you 🚫 Best in a home without small kids or small animals Sasha’s perfect match? Meet Kibo! Kibo came to us along with his mom and brother as strays. We aren't sure how this furry family ended up on the streets, but Kibo is ready for a fresh start! Kibo can take some time to open up with strangers, but he is hoping you'll see past his tough exterior to the silly pup we know he is. He seems to already know some basic skills like "sit", and his ideal home will continue training to set him up for success. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Kibo home. Meet Shira! This pretty mama came to us with her two sons as strays. We aren't sure how this furry family ended up on the streets, but Shira is ready for the next chapter of her life! It seems Shira has been used for litter after litter, and she is ready for a fresh start learning how to be a normal dog instead of a mom. She is a playful girl and loves being outside! She's still learning how toys work, and seems to prefer rocks and sticks over stuffies. Shira does well with other dogs. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Shira home.
