Sam has done well with other dogs and may appreciate a doggy playmate at home to keep him busy. He would do best in a home without cats. It seems Shira has been used for litter after litter, and she is ready for a fresh start learning how to be a normal dog instead of a mom. She is a playful girl and loves being outside! She absolutely loves squeaky toys, tennis balls, or anything else toy shaped. Shira does well with other dogs. I adopted Titus about a year ago and in that year, he’s been an exceptional dog. He has separation anxiety so it’s been a little tricky with my busy work schedule. He is full of energy which makes walks and car rides easy. He enjoys new people, never bit anyone, and easily adjust to routines. Sadly, I have gotten extremely busy and am hardly ever home for him like he needs.

This beautiful boy is a larger Pomsky mix Who is currently part of the DASH Foster to adopt program. He came to DASH very shy, not really knowing what love and trust were and because of this he needs people to gain his trust so he feels safe with them. Colt is hestitate meeting new people or being in new environment so he will need a patient adopter to work with him so that he feels safe and comfortable. He is currently in our DASH Prison Program, where he is working on is learning basic commands to be the best dog. Colt is crate trained, housetrained, and walks well on a leash. He interacts well with all dogs but due to his current foster placement he has not been introduced to children of any age or cats so proper introductio are needed for both. He is a little sensitive to lous noises and is something he is currently working on in the program. He is just a wonderful dog who would thrive with a pateint but active home where he can to continue his training and let him know he is safe as well as loved.
