During quarintine in 2020 I felt I needed a friend to keep my company, a close companion. Thats when I found Tux at the Humane Society of San Antonio. He was a little puppy, only 3 months old! Tux is a playful and smart dog, he grew up around cats and children 7-14 years old. Training Tux was the easiest thing, I enjoy watching him think by processing the tasks I set for him. I am unfortunalty surrendering Tux do to life events and circumstances that have changed, first of all I am going to school to become a trucker and no longer have the time and freedome I once did, secondly I've asked family if they could keep him for me but it doesnt seem they have space being that they are moving into an apartment. He is a great dog and I believe the best fit for a home for Tux would be someone who is willing to go on walks, who also has a backyard, or even other friendly dogs to play with! --- Tux is shy so he should be introduced in a controlled neutral setting.

Beckett came to us 15 pounds underweight, and yet he`s one of the sweetest dogs you`ll ever meet. He now weighs 52 lbs, but Beckett should be closer to 60. Malnutrition, skin infection, and ear infections took a toll on his body-but not his spirit. This 3 year old Shepherd mix is gentle, loving, and ready to trust again. His past wasn`t fair.
