Story
I am a 6 yr old male mixed breed. My owner passed away recently, and I’m looking for a new owner that will give me the attention I need. I do best with adults and grown children and I’m used to being the only dog, but love playing with dogs my size or bigger so I would love a buddy. My instinct is to chase small animals and can be a little scary with small children, so it’s not recommended that I am left alone with them. I do love my treats and I’m really smart and trainable, but sometimes I can test my boundaries, so I would do best with owners that are consistent with my training. I’m a great watch dog, I’m crate trained, leash trained, and I love going on walks. I love to run and play so a house with a yard is ideal. I can also be lazy and love to cuddle on the couch or lay at my owner’s feet. I’m up to date on all shots and checkups.

Story
Clover is an incredibly sweet and smart dog. She loves to learn and play and had been loyal to the family, she doesn’t pick just one person to love. She would be a perfect dog, but not perfect on a farm. She would do well with another dog her size, but anything smaller than her, and it seems to be more of a toy to her. She doesn’t realize her size, nor how strong she is, and has killed at least four chickens and I fear she may have also gotten to one of my cats. She has never shown aggression towards people and does well with my six-year-old child, who I have raised to be gentle with animals. I wish we did not have to find a new home for her, but she is not suited to a farm lifestyle. She has injured the majority of the animals here. She is, otherwise, honestly, a wonderful dog. She is eager to please, excited to train, and is just such a big lush.
