Story
Pumpkin is roughly 11 years old, we have had him in our growing family for about 9 years now since adopting him. He likes to be present in a room with people, but likes to keep separate from attention. He can be very affectionate when he wants to, enjoys pets, pats, and rubs, but definitely on his own terms. As our family has grown he has slowly shown that all the hustle and bustle of a house with 3 young kids, 2 with sensory processing, is a little to much at times. He gets touched out or doesn't like the attention unless he's choosing the rules in a sense. He is very friendly and loving still though, no scratching or biting issues, no spraying issues, but he does have a tendency to meow when hungry, even at odd hours of the nights. My wife has had medical issues and needs rest, his timing for affection or food is not allowing that happen and its usually around the time our kids are asleep. Pumpkin needs a more low key setting most likely to feel more comfortable.

We are sadly looking to rehome our sweet girl. She is a 5-year-old, all-grey, spayed female cat with a very mellow, loving, and calm personality. She has been a wonderful companion and it’s truly bittersweet for us to let her go. Unfortunately, our son has developed allergies to her, so we feel that finding her a new loving home is the best decision for our family. About her: • 5 years old • Female & spayed • Beautiful solid grey coat • Very mellow, calm temperament and loves to cuddle by your feet or in between your legs • No known health issues • Looking for a loving, safe, indoor home • Sweet and easygoing personality We want to make sure she goes to someone who will genuinely love and care for her. She has been part of our family, so this is not an easy decision.
