Hi there! My name is Lightning Bug and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I am a 4 month old, female, Domestic Shorthair who came to SB Humane as a stray. I am a little shy at first, but with some baby talks and yummy snacks I blossom into a cuddly companion. I am still a youngin' so play time is the best time for me. Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
