Story
Morpheus is a true lap cat. You can hardly sit down before he’s curled up and purring, usually with his little teeth peeking out. He’s brave and greets strangers, looking to receive forehead scratches and be told what a handsome boy he is. Morpheus is an athletic boy and excellent mouser. We have had him for 7 years. He is 8. Our youngest daughter is a toddler now, and has a newfound love of trying to hug the cats, which they do not appreciate. We are not able to constantly follow her around to intervene and keep her safe. Morpheus is a sweet boy, but will defend himself if mistreated (as toddlers are prone to do). He would do well in a house with older kids who know how to treat animals kindly or a house with no children. We will not allow him to go to a home with children younger than 5. Morpheus will make an excellent companion to anyone that loves to cuddle. We would prefer if he can be adopted with his brother, Magnus, but it is not a requirement.
