Story
In celebration of America's 250th Birthday, all cats are two dollars and fifty cents thru 7/15.Gritty is a female Domestic Shorthair and Tabby mixed kitten. She may be a little shy when you first meet her, but give her a little time and patience, and you'll discover a gentle, loving kitten who quietly steals your heart. Once she feels safe, Gritty enjoys affection, cozy naps, and keeping a watchful eye on everything around her.If you believe the best friendships are the ones that grow over time, Gritty is ready to find the forever home where she can truly shine. She is described as a 'Secret Admirer'. When it comes to relationships, I'm very level-headed. I don't leap in paws first, if you know what I mean. But give me a little time, and then I'll shower you with purrs, head-butts, and plenty of lap time. In the meantime, you may not see a lot of me, but I'll be thinking a lot of you! It is recommended that whenever you add a new animal to your household, it is done with a slow and monitored introduction.Adoption fees:Cats - $105 for one or only $150 for two!Dogs - $155For more information on this animal contact washingtonpawsandmore1978@gmail.comor call 319-653-6713All our animals have been spayed/neutered (or will be arranged if currently too young).Dogs will be tested for heart worms, vaccinated against distemper/parvo and rabies. We recommend crate training until you’re confident that your dog is used to his/her new home.
