My cat is mostly gray with bits of white. She s very shy but when she gets to know you is very friendly. I am unable to care for my sweet girl due to medical issues. I love her so much and it's breaking my heart to part with her. I hope some kind soul will adopt her and give her a loving home. She deserves the very best!! I adopted her from Second Chance in Columbia Mo.

Oliver was born in my home on Memorial Day 2020. He is sweet, but typically doesn't like smaller kids. He loves his big brother Apollo (lab/terrier mix) but takes a while to warm up to newer dogs. I have never seen him interact with another cat, so I am not sure how well he gets along with other felines. A perfect home for Oliver would be a couple with no other animals, but he could fit in with a family that had older children just fine as well.

This stunning boy is Sage. Sage came into a shelter that has since closed when he was just a kitten with four of his siblings. Unfortunately, we don't have great records of their age, but we believe they are five years old now. Sage has started to come out and socialize with people, likely because there aren't as many cats around. He would do best in a home with folks who have experience with cats and who are willing to give him time and space to adjust to his new environment. If you are patient and quiet he will come to you for grooming and some pets. But Sage might never be a cat who runs to you when you get home from work or who clamors to jump into your lap when you sit down, and that's okay. Please call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 for more information on Sage. He's in the Kansas City metro, but transport might be available to the right home.
