For over a year, Relish has watched other cats find their forever families while she has been overlooked time and time again. Not because she isnt wonderful, but because shes shy. While the bolder cats rush to greet visitors, Relish hangs back, quietly hoping someone will give her the chance to show who she really is.Over the past year, Relish has blossomed in foster care into a playful, affectionate girl with so much love to give. Her favorite activity is chasing wand toys and she's lightning fast! She loves hiding behind a corner or piece of furniture before launching into the perfect pounce. If you sit on the floor and play with her, you'll quickly become one of her favorite people. After a fun play session, shell run over to rub against your legs, soaking up pets and scratches on her head and back.Relish is also incredibly food motivated. She's obsessed with her wet food, goes crazy for Churu, happily crunches dry treats, and even enjoys munching on catnip! Every morning, she'll make sure you know it's breakfast time by loudly meowing around the house. Her foster dad says she sounds just like a seal! She'll also wander the house meowing when she's hoping for a little extra attention.She loves being brushed, making grooming another special way to bond with her.Relish doesn't need someone to change her. She just needs someone who's willing to give her those first few weeks to settle in.
