Story
** SPECIAL NEEDS CAT ** Evie is a tiny tortoiseshell young adult female cat.  She is as friendly as can be!  She was brought to CRAN as a bottle baby, and has been living ever since in a loving foster home.  She loves water and will sit by the sink waiting for it to be turned on so she can drink and play with the water.  She is super loving with other cats, dogs, and people.  She is fearless and warms up quickly.  Due to her petite size, she will always remain looking like a kitten. ** Evie is a special needs cat as she has an oversized colon and doesn’t have full control of her bowels.  There is clean up required with her care since she doesn’t always make it to the litter box (although she always pees in her box).  This doesn’t affect her sweet personality at all--Evie is a very loving girl who is ready for her forever home.  Are you that caring someone ready to give her a chance? Evie has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet Evie in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $70 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. Story
NADA and YADA are an adorable pair of young adult, solid black sisters in search of their forever home -- in your heart!  Of the two, Nada may be a bit shy initially, but once she gets acclimated to a new situation, she is very affectionate. She often follows her humans around the house. Yada is more outgoing, adventurous and curious--Yada loves everyone she meets. Together, they are fun to observe as they play tag, chase feathers and strings, and engage in hide and seek. Both like to talk to their humans and come running for love and affection! Adopted as kittens, these gorgeous sisters were surrendered to CRAN after their owner passed away. They are bonded and must be adopted together. Nada and Yada have been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and are negative for FeLV and FIV. Their adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet YADA and NADA at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in North Eugene (2847 Chad Dr, across from Costco).  Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet. The $280 adoption fee (for both) allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. Story
Would you like a spicy, spirited cat that knows his own mind and has strong ideas about how his world should be? FINN is a drop-dead gorgeous, solid-white young adult male who is quite happy and sweet when the world does what he wants, but who can also get spicy when it doesn’t. He will need an experienced cat person who can read his moods and will consistently ask Finn what he wants and respect his answer. Finn loves to be up high and explore the tops of your bookshelves, dining table and kitchen counters. If you are looking for a companion that’s interested in everything you are doing, especially when food is involved, Finn’s your guy. This special cat can be a real sweetheart, climbing into your lap and purring away, and he loves to sleep with you at night. Finn was found living rough in a large apartment complex in Eugene, and he was rescued by kind neighbors before being surrendered to CRAN. We think he once had a family because he was already neutered when the neighbors invited him into their home. We don’t know how long he was on his own or what happened, but we suspect it helped shape his stubborn streak and we hope that with time and a gentle, knowledgeable, loving hand, Finn will mellow out. FINN has been neutered, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet FINN in foster care, please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at Petsmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $155 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
