Because of that, we have very well socialized cats that are readily adopted. We always need more fosters to help fulfill our mission of helping rescue special needs animals. BENNY LEW is a gentle grey and white tuxedo special needs male cat looking for a loving and caring forever home. He’s a playful couch potato who enjoys playing with a dangling toy then snuggling up to a window to watch birds and rest. He loves to play with his springs and catnip mice. Benny Lew adjusted to his foster home quickly and began exploring immediately. Benny does, from time to time, skitter out the door because he used to be an indoor/outdoor kitty. He is, however, easy to lure back in; just shake the food container. Benny Lew is very "food" motivated. He gets along OK with most of  his fellow foster cats, but would do best as an only cat. Benny Lew is considered a special needs cat due to having diabetes, which seems to wax and wane (he is currently on an insulin dose).  He will also need to be on a special diet for his lifetime. Although he is considered an older adult cat, Benny Lew will be a loving companion for many years to come. He was surrendered to our rescue and we’ve been delighted to see his personality blossom. Adopted Taco from our neighbor that has moved. The cat is loving, shy, and mostly lives outdoors. He sleeps on our patio and lawn chairs. We have 4 other older cats that have put up with him for last few months as long as he stays out. Taco has decided to come inside now. We have a cat door that our other cats have used for years. When Taco comes in, we have cat fights. Now he is waiting for them to come through the cat door and suprises them. We have a cat fight. I'm sure he just wants to play, but our cats are 12 and 15 years old. They are not going to change and it is keeping us on edge and up at night. Taco needs a new home. Taco has been neutered at the WAG clinic. We thought this would help. New home with calmer cats or no other cats. Taco loves our other cats, and us humans, but the two girls cats will not tolerate him.
