Story
Meet a sweet bonded young adult pair of males whose personalities complement each other beautifully. Both WINSTON and ARTHUR are short-haired brown male tabbies. Of the two boys, Winston is the more outgoing and vocal, and seeks out any and all attention you’d like to lavish on him. Winston’s friendly and confident nature is helpful to Arthur (nicknamed JACK-JACK), who may initially be shy and cautious, but is just as affectionate and loving once he grows accustomed to a new home. Arthur enjoys getting up on his hind legs to seek the nearest human hand for pets. Winston and Arthur were surrendered to CRAN after their owner passed away. Now they are ready for a forever home together, where they can enjoy human attention and love as well as depend on each other for playtime and companionship. They will do well in a home which appreciates both of their personalities and will enjoy the affection and love of a perfect pair. WINSTON and ARTHUR have been altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and are negative for FeLV and FIV. Their adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with one of our vet partners.  To meet WINSTON and ARTHUR in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at Petsmart.  A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet.   The $280 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. Meet Lionel  SARGE (L) ********SARGE IS A SPECIAL NEEDS CAT********* and LIONEL (R) are a pair of bonded brown tabby male kitties that make the cutest odd couple; Lionel is an energetic young adult who loves to run around and chase toys and strings, and Sarge is his sweet "big brother" who loves to hang out and cuddle with Lionel. They are both highly social, loving, and outgoing, and are so much fun to have around. Lionel is bouncy, funny, and entertaining, and Sarge is a bundle of love and affection - a gentle giant who likes everyone he meets (other cats, dogs, and people). Sarge is diabetic and requires insulin twice a day, and has some other chronic health conditions--but he is easy to care for. Sarge's foster parents will help guide his new family on his medical care. He is also on a prescription diet for one of his two daily meals. Both cats are good with dogs and gentle kids, but this bonded pair will do best as the only cats in the household. Sarge and Lionel will bring tremendous joy to their new forever home! SARGE and LIONEL have both been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, are negative for FeLV and FIV, and include a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet them in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 days for a possible meet and greet. The adoption fee for the pair is $185, which allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. YIN (female) and YANG (male) are a bonded pair of adorable black and white tuxedo young adult kitties with the cutest pink noses. Yin is a friendly and cuddly kitty who loves to play, especially with a feather wand, balls, or tumbling around with Yang.  She will quickly accompany you on the couch or the bed for pets and snuggles. She is quick to open up to people, and is fiercely protective of her brother. Yang is a sweet but more timid kitty who loves to chase his sister around the house and is very dependent on her. He is the first to remind you that it’s mealtime! Yang loves to lay on top of his sister and then they groom each other. YANG has sebaceous gland dysplasia which means his body doesn't make enough of the oils to coat his fur and skin. As a result, his hair is thin and discolored, particularly on his feet and around his nose and mouth. This doesn’t affect his health or personality at all—his condition is stable, and does not require any ongoing care.  His imperfect looks are very endearing. Yin and Yang are the cutest couple with the most precious bond. They will warm your heart and make you laugh They have been altered, vaccinated, microchipped, are negative for FeLV and FIV, and include a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet YIN and YANG in foster care, please fill out an Adoption Application for consideration at catrescues.org/adopt, and an adoption counselor will contact you in 3 to 5 days for a possible meet-and-greet. The $225 adoption fee for the pair allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. ******SPECIAL NEEDS KITTY******  BENNY LEW is a gentle grey and white tuxedo special needs male cat looking for a loving and caring forever home. He’s a playful couch potato who enjoys playing with a dangling toy then snuggling up to a window to watch birds and rest. He loves to play with his springs and catnip mice. Benny Lew is very "food" motivated. He gets along OK with most of  his fellow foster cats, but would do best as an only cat. Benny Lew is considered a special needs cat due to having diabetes, which seems to wax and wane (he is currently on insulin 2X a day).  He will also need to be on a special diet for his lifetime. Although he is considered an older adult cat, Benny Lew will be a loving companion for many years to come. He was surrendered to our rescue and we’ve been delighted to see his personality blossom. Benny Lew’s cool and playful demeanor will make him the perfect house cat for your home. Please consider giving Benny Lew a forever home today!  Benny Lew has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet Benny Lew in foster, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 days for a possible meet and greet. BEAU and MAMACITA are a marvelous mother and son bonded pair of kitties looking for a loving home.  Mamacita has a beautiful mix of calico and tabby markings, while Beau is white with orange tabby spots (a cow kitty).  They are fond of Churu treats and adore a front row seat for Cat TV (aka, a window to look out of).  Beau also loves little toys that he can throw around and chase.  Mamacita came to CRAN as a rescue with a litter of kittens, and with Beau, her oldest baby from a previous litter.  All her other kittens have found homes, and now it’s this pair's turn to find a devoted home to enjoy some rest and relaxation.  Mamacita and Beau are both still shy and need an adopter who is willing to create a quiet and safe space for them to acclimate to their new home and get their bearings.  Both are very sweet, and it will be so worthwhile to give them some time to adjust to their surroundings.  They will reward you in spades with their sweet faces and affection! Mamacita and Beau have been altered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet Mamacita and Beau in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart.
