Story
Meet a sweet bonded young adult pair of males whose personalities complement each other beautifully. Both WINSTON and ARTHUR are short-haired brown male tabbies. Of the two boys, Winston is the more outgoing and vocal, and seeks out any and all attention you’d like to lavish on him. Winston’s friendly and confident nature is helpful to Arthur (nicknamed JACK-JACK), who may initially be shy and cautious, but is just as affectionate and loving once he grows accustomed to a new home. Arthur enjoys getting up on his hind legs to seek the nearest human hand for pets. Winston and Arthur were surrendered to CRAN after their owner passed away. Now they are ready for a forever home together, where they can enjoy human attention and love as well as depend on each other for playtime and companionship. They will do well in a home which appreciates both of their personalities and will enjoy the affection and love of a perfect pair. WINSTON and ARTHUR have been altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and are negative for FeLV and FIV. Their adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with one of our vet partners.  To meet WINSTON and ARTHUR in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at Petsmart.  A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet.   The $280 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to Adoptioninfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. ID 2505-C0140 & 2505-CO141. Story
Say hello to ASPEN! Aspen is a sleek, solid black female teenager kitty. Her tail is slightly shorter than usual, a trait she received from her mother. Aspen is a sweet girl who loves head scratches and pets. She is not a fan of being held, but she is happy to hang out and receive all the love you are willing to give. Aspen and her 6 siblings were born in their foster home and raised alongside older kids, dogs, and fellow cats. Aspen is shy at first and is still uncertain about the kids, but she’s content to snuggle, nap, and play with a friendly pup. When she warms up to her human, she will reach out with her paw to let them know she isn’t being paid sufficient attention. With the right loving and patient family, Aspen is certain to blossom in her perfect forever home! Aspen would love to be adopted with one of her siblings. Aspen has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet Aspen in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $155 (280 for a pair) adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. Story
GRONK needs a very special adopter because he’s not your average cat. In fact, he doesn’t consider himself to be a cat at all! Even though he has a weakness for treats (don’t we all?) and will chase toys around the room, he considers himself your equal (maybe a little MORE than equal, to be honest). He prefers your company to any other, and does not like other cats or dogs. He wants to be your one and only because, well, he deserves it. So if you need a supervisor while you’re working or doing just about anything, Gronk is your guy. He’s currently surrounded by other felines where he’s staying and is not at all pleased by this, so he’s looking for an adopter (or even possibly a foster to start out with) that has no other animal companions and who wants to hang out with a confident, opinionated, thoroughly entertaining DUDE. Please help Gronk find a worthy companion – either an adopter or a foster home! Gronk has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (negative), neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet Gronk in foster, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt. A volunteer will contact you within 3 to 5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $100 adoption fee allows us to continue to help other cats in need. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. Meet Lionel  SARGE (L) ********SARGE IS A SPECIAL NEEDS CAT********* and LIONEL (R) are a pair of bonded brown tabby male kitties that make the cutest odd couple; Lionel is an energetic young adult who loves to run around and chase toys and strings, and Sarge is his sweet "big brother" who loves to hang out and cuddle with Lionel. They are both highly social, loving, and outgoing, and are so much fun to have around. Lionel is bouncy, funny, and entertaining, and Sarge is a bundle of love and affection - a gentle giant who likes everyone he meets (other cats, dogs, and people). Sarge is diabetic and requires insulin twice a day, and has some other chronic health conditions--but he is easy to care for. Sarge's foster parents will help guide his new family on his medical care. He is also on a prescription diet for one of his two daily meals. Both cats are good with dogs and gentle kids, but this bonded pair will do best as the only cats in the household. Sarge and Lionel will bring tremendous joy to their new forever home! SARGE and LIONEL have both been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, are negative for FeLV and FIV, and include a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet them in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 days for a possible meet and greet. BEAU and MAMACITA are a marvelous mother and son bonded pair of kitties looking for a loving home.  Mamacita has a beautiful mix of calico and tabby markings, while Beau is white with orange tabby spots (a cow kitty).  They are fond of Churu treats and adore a front row seat for Cat TV (aka, a window to look out of).  Beau also loves little toys that he can throw around and chase.  Mamacita came to CRAN as a rescue with a litter of kittens, and with Beau, her oldest baby from a previous litter.  All her other kittens have found homes, and now it’s this pair's turn to find a devoted home to enjoy some rest and relaxation.  Mamacita and Beau are both still shy and need an adopter who is willing to create a quiet and safe space for them to acclimate to their new home and get their bearings.  Both are very sweet, and it will be so worthwhile to give them some time to adjust to their surroundings.  They will reward you in spades with their sweet faces and affection! Mamacita and Beau have been altered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet Mamacita and Beau in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart.
