Pixiebob kittens & cats in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania

Tink is an angel of a cat. She was found as a kitten with her litter mates by a mutual affiliate, and I took her in. I have had her throughout high school and college, however about a year ago she started marking in the house, just on our small area rugs, no where else. I have tried everything, I changed the litter (she's used the same since she was a kitten), got a second litter box, stopped putting rugs in the house, scooped litter boxes daily, twice daily, gave her more food, gave her more attention, etc etc. Nothing has stopped her from this, and I believe it may be behavioral due to our four dogs. She is a loving cat when she wants to be, but will let you know when she does not want to be touched anymore. She is very independent and enjoys her own personal space. She loves being outside on our deck and watching the birds fly by, as well as sun bathing in the summer. She is an indoor/outdoor cat but would be fine to adjust to just indoor.
