Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue SWEET, SASSY, AND ONE-OF-A-KIND Meow! I’m Stormi—a striking beauty with bold stripes, dazzling blue eyes, and a whole lot of personality packed into one sleek little frame. My estimated birthday is April 6, 2023, and while I may have the graceful looks of a Siamese, I definitely come with a touch of that legendary “Siamese sass.” I’m affectionate on my own terms—I’ll seek out pets and attention when the mood strikes, and sometimes I’ll even climb right into your lap and claim it as mine (fair warning: I may not let you leave once I’ve made myself comfortable!). I'm low-energy and laid-back most of the time, and I love lounging in cozy spots, watching the world go by. I’m also a very well-behaved girl—I use my scratching post faithfully and enjoy the occasional play session, especially if toys are involved. When I first arrived at Kitty Corner, I was unsure of the world and kept my guard up. But everything changed once I was promoted to “office cat”—free to roam, explore, and let my true colors shine. Since then, I’ve become a volunteer favorite, winning hearts with my sass, humor, and undeniable charm. I’m still an independent spirit, but I’ve learned to trust, and I love being part of the action (on my terms, of course). I did test positive for FeLV (feline leukemia virus), which means I’ll need a home where any resident cats are fully vaccinated or, ideally, where I can be your one-and-only feline queen. I’m cat-selective and prefer that other kitties respect my space. I’m not a fan of dogs or young children, so a calm, quiet home with a patient and understanding human would suit me best. If you’re looking for a companion who’s equal parts sweet and spicy—with looks that’ll stop you in your tracks and a personality that’ll keep you smiling—come meet me at Kitty Corner. Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
