Meet Chappell! Chappell was brought to ICHS at no fault of her own. Getting her name from popstar, Chappell Roan, this girl njis exactly that...A STAR! It's hard not to be obsessed with a cat with so much personality. Enter our Cat Adopt room and you will hear Chappell's melodic voice. This girl loves to sing and talk and she could sit and gossip with our staff for hours! While she is super sweet, Chappell is still in her own way, quite sassy. She will tell you when she doesn't like something as it's usually her way or the highway! That being said, Chappell is really an affectionate cat.
