Story
we rescued palmer in january 2022 from a local no-kill shelter. she is a very sweet, loyal, protective, active, & loving dog. we have never had any issues with her besides not being leash trained. she has never nipped/bit or growled at either of our children (we have a 2.5 year old & 9 month old). she is truly great with both of them! she has never had any issues with dogs at doggy daycare & when we trained her in 2023, she was very obedient & responsive to the trainer. however, as our lifestyle has changed with 2 young kids, we are not able to give her the lifestyle she requires. once she trusts you, she will protect you til the day she dies. unfortunately, she did bite a young kid who ran up to her at the park. it was completely out of her character to do that to a human. from then on, we have decided that she needs to be re-homed. beside her bite incident, she has never shown aggression towards children. she does it require introduction to new people.

Savannah is a gorgeous 6-month-old female brindle plott hound mix puppy that weighs approximately 36 pounds of love & sweetness. Savannah loves running & playing in her foster families yard and is good with her foster siblings and doesn’t mind her foster families cat. She loves playing with toys, bones, and loves her bully sticks.  Savannah is a little shy upon first meeting, but once she knows she’s safe and loved, she will be your best friend  and love you unconditionally. She’s very affectionate and loving, and she is as committed and loyal as they come.  She loves being with her loved ones and sleeps in her foster Mom’s bed or on her dog bed.  Savannah is a love bug and will be a great addition to any loving family who wants a sweet six month old puppy added to their loving family.  She’s spayed, microchipped, received her wellness exam, comprehensive fecal test, and she’s fully vaccinated.  Adopt gorgeous 6-month-old beauty Savannah!!!
