Ruby is an 18-month-old brindle Plott Hound/Pit Bull mix who may be technically an adult, but at heart she’s still very much a puppy. Weighing about 50 pounds, Ruby is a goofy, joyful bundle of energy who loves life and everyone in it.She is SO sweet, especially with kids, and truly acts like a big kid herself. Ruby was previously adopted and returned—not because she isn’t a good dog, but because her high energy level and need for continued training were more than her former home expected. What Ruby really needs is structure, consistency, exercise, and guidance to help her thrive.Ruby is the kind of dog who will do best with someone willing to put in the time to teach her manners, give her plenty of outlets for her energy, and love her for the playful, silly pup she is.
