Story
Plott Hound + Labrador Retriever Mix 9 months old Female 35 pounds Kids · Yes Dogs · Yes Cats · No I think if you connect the dots they’d lead straight to your heart. I’m pretty sure you’ve fallen in love with me already, but let me tell you a bit about lil Dotty. At 9 months old I am still a bit of a puppy, but I do have a great start on all of the things that big girls should learn. Like crate training and housebreaking and sitting when asked! All I ask for is a soft bed, a warm lap, and a bit of TLC. I think other dogs are just swell, and I love the affection of respectful children. Just make sure you have a secure yard—I am not a “leave outside unattended” type of girl, and believe me those pesky neighborhood cats will be seeing stars when Dotty is around! So if you’re longing for a fun young lady to join your family, connect the dots… My adoption fee is $300 and includes microchip & registration, spay, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Story
Hi, I'm Baby Dog, and though I am not officially a "baby"... I can still be your baby! I’m a 2 year old Plott Hound mix, around 70 lbs. I'm a super sweet boy who is looking for his forever home. I love all the peoples and the doggos. I am quite a big boy though so probably best I go to a home without the really small peoples because I don't want to be knocking little ones over. As with all hounds, my nose works really well and I am a smart boy, so I would love to be active and kept busy. Maybe even a nose work class, they sound like fun! Find out about me soon and let’s start the New Year off together! *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*

Story
Hi, my name is Jack and I am a super, duper sweet boy looking for my forever home. I’m a 2 year old Plott Hound mix, around 72 lbs. I am a big fan of the hoomans and other doggos and I would be happy to have a doggo friend to hang and play with. I love being active and I'm super smart - hey we could be hiking buddies. I am a big boy at 72 lbs so probably best I don't go to a home with the really littles, I would hate to knock one over, or even sit on one! Can you find room in your home for me? *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. Story
Let it go, let it gooooooo ...Can't hold it back anymore ... Yes, my name is Elsa, just like that Elsa! I came into this world in February, right in the middle of a chilly San Antonio winter when the temps were plummeting, and life was tough for many. But fate smiled upon me, and a kind-hearted man and his family came to my rescue, sparing me from the freezing cold. I'll be honest; I'm a sensitive soul. Loud voices and sudden noises tend to rattle me, but let me tell you, once I've warmed up to you, I'm a different dog entirely. I'll shower you with kisses and share my whole heart. You see, I'm not just pretty on the outside; I'm smart and gentle, too. What I need most is a patient family willing to give me the time and space to settle into my new home. Trust me; I have so much love to give. In my foster home, they've discovered a side of me that shines when I play with their Big Great Pyrenees. We're like a couple of kids, playing hide and seek, and chasing each other around. I'm also a sunbather at heart, so outdoor lounging in the sun is a favorite pastime of mine. Now, here's the thing: I'm not a fan of long car rides, and I can get a little nervous. But if you speak to me gently and reassure me, I'll find my courage. Leash walks can be a bit tricky too, but with your patience and encouragement, I'm willing to give it a try. In the evenings, I like to cozy up in bed with my humans, though I don't demand it. I just love to be near the ones who care for me. I'm on the lookout for a forever home, a place where I'll be cherished and appreciated just as much as I have been in my foster family. If you're seeking a loyal companion who's ready to bloom with your love, look no further - I'm right here. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
