Story
Want to meet me? Call/text the Lifesaving Team at 864-467-3985 for a one-on-one VIP appointment or stop by Monday to Saturday 12-5pm. Meet Arland, a confident and talkative explorer ready to join your family! This joyful pup greets you warmly but remembers his manners, keeping all feet firmly on the floor. He's highly motivated by treats and has mastered the art of sitting. While he enjoys playing with plush squeaky toys, he's more inclined to wander and sniff around. During walks, Arland tends to pull on the leash, eager to explore his surroundings. This independent boy has a lot to say and isn't shy about expressing himself, especially when he wants to go outside! Although he may not have a traditional love language, his vibrant personality shines through in every bark and wag of his tail. If you're looking for a lively companion who's always up for an adventure and a chat, Arland is your perfect match!

Story
Meet Lucky Dog, This sweet boy is just the perfect pooch! He is a very well behaved dog and has been fantastic during his time here at ACHS. Lucky is a playful boy who absolutely LOVES toys, he is also great when playing with other pups. While he loves being outside and letting all his energy out he loves even more to come in and curl up on a nice sofa. He truly is a one of a kind boy! we promise you will fall in love with Lucky! We believe Lucky Dog was house trained before finding his way to us, He is very good about trying to only go outside to use the bathroom. Lucky would be great with other dogs and/or kids! We are looking for Lucky Dog's forever home, she has an adoption fee. This adoption fee includes the following : Spay/Neuter, Rabies and DHPP vaccination, parasite treatment and heartworm testing/treatment. If you would like to adopt Lucky please fill out our adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/73358335488165

Story
Thank you for your interest in dog who needs a new home.  Adoption can be one of the most fulfilling experiences in your life and especially in the life of your new canine companion. A note to those looking at CPR.  We have no perfect dogs - but many of our dogs have proven to be perfect for a certain someone.  Our job is to find those someone's.  Our most successful adopters come to CPR not because they want a dog.  They come to us because they want to give a dog a home.  We urge all of our potential adopters not to fall in love with a picture.  While we like to know what you like in looks, a dog is more than a pretty face.  Our goal is to match you with the best possible pet for you and your home.  We want to create furever families.  Our descriptions contain all that we know about this dog today.  We'll update as more information is known.  Are you looking to adopt within the next 30 days?  If so please visit our webpage at www.carolinapoodlerescue.org and complete the application.  You'll find it in the menu on the left hand side.  You'll also find a total listing of all our dogs available.  Just browsing but interested in poodles and poodle mixes?  Please drop a note to applications@carolinapoodlerescue.org with your name, address and phone # and email.  We'll add you to our mailing list. thanks the CPR Adoption team   Date into Rescue: 12/30/2020 Reason for being in rescue: Owner Surrender Foster location: Dreamweaver Farms, Pacolet, SC Special Needs? Bonnie is spayed, up to date on all vaccines, and heartworm negative. Bonnie is not hypoallergenic and does shed. Weight: 50 lbs Height: 18 in  Spayed/Neutered: Yes Adoption Fee: $200 Fence needed? Yes, Bonnie requires a physically fenced yard with fencing 4 feet or taller What kind of home would be best for me? Bonnie's best home will be with an adventurous family. She would be just fine as your only pup or with another dog of any size. Bonnie likes to chase cats so we suggest a home with no cats for her. Bonnie is frequently caught snoozing in the sun and just overall hanging out. This just means Bonnie isn't in need of an overly active lifestyle. Bonnie would be appropriate for children as her only goal in life is to soak up as much love as possible. Bonnie is very much looking for an easy going lifestyle where she will be cherished What is my personality like? Bonnie is as cute as a button. She has a personality as big as her ears. And a heart even bigger. She is loud and proud and greets everyone she meets as though she's known them her entire life. Bonnie loves to tussle and wrestle with her canine friends, it is a must that Bonnie gets frequent play dates if she were to go to a home with no other dogs. Bonnie has matured into a young lady fast, she is respectful and listens well to direction. Bonnie really just wants to snuggle with her humans and play with her canine friends - she is not an overly needy dog at all. Bonnie is crate trained, house trained, and leash trained. She will easily walk into her forever home. How do I act when I first meet new people? Friendly Other tips and tidbits: We celebrate Bonnie's birthday as 7/15/20.  House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained.  A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule. Please note - we do not ship dogs.  If you are interested in adopting, please take a look at the distance between the foster home location and your location and make sure you are willing to make that trip.  Most of our dogs are at our farm in Pacolet, South Carolina.   To apply, please visit our webpage at www.carolinapoodlerescue.org and visit the tab on the left that directions you to the online application. Please note that when screening applications, we look at the entire home and then make suggestions based on what would be a good fit for your home.   You are not being screened for a specific dog although we are looking to see what type of dog interests you - poodles or non poodles, color, age, etc.  Others here may be a better fit for you.  It is very difficult to get to know a living animal from a picture and a short description.  Since we are constantly getting in new dogs, this may be a  dog not in our listings yet.  We want you to be very happy with your new companion and will make suggestions based on what you tell us about you. Thank you for considering CPR. March 27, 2024, 12:43 pm

Meet Shoney!
