Otis is in great shape health wise and in good spirits. You can count on a mighty smile, hearty tail wag and some light tip toeing/tap dancing as you approach his kennel to take him out for an easy paced walk. Otis is comfortable going and doing but perhaps is at his best when he stretches out and opts to relax and chill right near you. Like most dogs, Otis loves, loves having his back scratched at the base of his tail and happily rewards you with some extra hip wiggles and his 1/2 shut eyes of contentment showing his level of satisfaction with your work. Otis is so delightful, kissy, nuzzly and soft in his ways and has so much to offer his new family. I came to HSYC from York County Animal Services, and I immediately showed everyone what an affectionate love bug I am.
