We adopted Emmey from a neighbor who ha adopted her from a kill shelter as a puppy. That family didn't have a fenced yard and couldn't keep her on their property. She would roam from house to house looking for attention, especially from men. She loves men! Neighbors began posting her on our neighborhood Meta page complaining and threatening to call animal control. We have a huge fenced yard, so we took her in. She has learned to jump our fence even with hot wire. Neighbors mad at us now. Needs to be in an area with tall fencing. Comes with full vet records from the time she was a pup, heartworm/flea treatment, pajamas, harness, and collars.

Leaving us with quite the mystery about how this young pup ended up in the middle of nowhere, and while we may never know where his story began, we’re hoping we can help write a much happier next chapter for him. Roxs has a lovable, laid-back personality and is always happy to accept affection. He seems especially fond of resting his head right in your hands or across your lap, as if he’s found the perfect place to relax and soak up some attention. He’s calm, quiet, and perfectly content to enjoy life at his own pace. While he doesn’t mind being around other dogs, Roxs has been caught choosing a nice, long nap outside over joining in on the group play. He’s not shy, he just seems to prefer the chill side of life! Roxs is also a very tidy boy who keeps a neat kennel and waits to potty outside. He’s on the smaller side and isn’t expected to get much, if any, bigger, making him a great compact companion. Roxs is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. If your idea of the perfect dog is one who would rather snuggle, rest his head in your lap, and enjoy a peaceful afternoon than be the center of the action, Roxs might be your guy! How does a young dog end up in the middle of nowhere with no one looking for him? That’s the mystery surrounding Blocks. He was found in a very remote area with no clues as to how he got there or where he came from. One thing we do know is that this friendly boy deserves a home of his own. At just 1 year old, Blocks is still a young pup with plenty of fun and adventure ahead of him! He’s a playful, social guy who absolutely loves spending time with other dogs. He gets along well with his canine friends and is always ready for a good play session. Blocks is also doing well with his leash training and continues to make progress every day. He has not yet been tested with cats, so his compatibility with feline friends is still unknown. Blocks is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and on monthly preventions. Blocks is looking for the right home where he can continue learning, playing, and being the happy young dog he was meant to be. His past may be a mystery, but his future doesn't have to be.
